That awkward moment when it's extremely quiet and suddenly your stomach growls like it's feeding time at the zoo for lions..
James made eye contact with Sirius but kept quiet. Peter looked nervously at Remus. Remus sighed and tried to fix up his essay.
The silence was loud...too loud.
Peter felt like a disappointment. He always managed to mess things up....even really small ones.
Suddenly, with a will of its own, his stomach let out a loud moony-worthy growl.
All of a sudden, all four boys burst out laughing.
"Gosh Wormtail!" James laughed.
The awkwardness was dispelled and they ended up just laughing instead.
