The trade routes from Fires and Kuma are failing.
Scient seems to think the people on the trade routes are ducks. And they have the guns.
As more and more of Fires' and Kuma's troops keep disappearing, they asked if Scient would stop and bring the people they stole back, or there will be war.
Of course, Scient didn't bring the people back. This ended up in a War Triangle between Fires, Kuma and Scient. The three kingdoms were making this triangle with only a dense forest in the middle, despite Scient being in the desert. This was why this war was so-called the 'War Triangle'.
The War lasted since 0091 until the present, 0099. It still hasn't calmed down.
Around the time of 0099, Kuma got a wife for the prince, Jordan Barclay, from inside the kingdom itself.
Out of force, Fires needed a new king. The king that led the kingdom from ruin died of a disease. But before his death, he decided one of his loyal workers shall take the throne, seeing their potential.
Of course it was a man.
Change flooded the two kingdoms, and they communicated through letters often, their mailmen finding hidden routes, avoiding the war.
The king of Kuma, San Barclay, was experiencing unexpected problems from within Kuma though. Not much communication from Kuma was being taken to Fires from 0087 through 0099. Troubled times for San Barclay.
Though a letter was given to the new king of Fires. No one knew his name because he wasn't grown up in a royal family of power. He didn't have a family.
Dear Highness of Fires,
I understand I haven't communicated in a while, and I deeply apologize. I had different concerns with whom, my son. Understanding that King Louis has given his body to the Goddess of Nature, Vex, I bestow my name to you. I trust you know how this power you were given works. If not, respond, and I will get back to you as soon as I can. In the meantime, my men will give you weapons for the ongoing war with Scient. As so, I expect you to respond with your name.

A week later San got a reply.
Dear Highness of Kuma,
I have received your letter after my guards saved your poor deliverer from getting shot. I am glad you reached out to my council and gave us the required materials for the ongoing war. As such, you don't need to answer back. We will keep your deliverer until Scient wears off for a moment. I am glad to be in contact with you as an ally. Tell your son I said hi.
