Chapter 31- LEAP Is Finally Over

"Hey Princeton." Keve said.

"Is that Keve?" Prince asked.

"The one and only." I cut my eyes.

"Don't roll your eyes, mi amor." Prince scolded me. I stopped my eyes from rolling at his comment.

"Ooh! He got you in check." Trajae' said before she got off the bus.

"Don't make me check my goddamn foot up yo ass, bitch!" I shoutd out the window. She pointed her middle fingers at me.

"Potty mouth." Prince teased me.

"Dude, the way Artty talks about the words you say in Spanish..." Elise said as she got off the bus.

"Ooh! Lou told your Mexican ass." India giggled. I laughed with her and so did Keve.

"Lou?" Prince asked.

"That's Elise's nickname." India said.

"Okay. But how did you get Lou ou--"

"Don't ask." Me and India said then laughed.

"So you're on the bus?" Prince asked.

"Yes suh!" I said.

"She sounds like me!" I heard Ray shout. "Hey Twin!"

"Hey Twin!" I smiled.

"Is that Ray Ray?" Keve asked. I nodded and waited for her scream. Right on que, Keve started screaming.

"Oh my Lord! What was that?" Ray asked.

"Hi Ray Ray. I'm Ta'keve'yana." Keve said. I shook my head as India got off the bus.

"Bye Indy!" I shouted.

"Bye Artty!" India shouted back.

"Hi Ta'keve'anyia. It's nice to meet you." Ray said politely. Keve squealed.

"Okay, girl. Calm down before my baby hangs up on me." I told Keve. She nodded.

"I remember you from when we came to Behrman the first time. Uh...didn't Prod bring you on stage, Keve?" Prince asked.

"Yes he did, but I would have much rathered Ray Ray." Keve said.

"Thirsty much?" I teased.

"Hey Artemis," Jalen Williams (no relation) said to me. "Talking to them fags again?"

I gave Keve my phone to beat his ass then came back.

"What did Artemis just do?" I heard Roc ask.

"What did you just do, mi amor?" Prince asked.

"Nothing." I said sweetly.

"Mmhmm. So did you or did you not just beat someone up?" Prod asked. I gasped.

"How could you accuse me of something like that?" I asked, putting tears to my eyes.

"Prod! You made her cry!" Prince snapped. Keve shook her head as she laughed at me. "It's alright, baby. Don't cry."

"Nigga, you soft. She faking." Ray said. "She would be sniffling and all that good shit. I can hear her and Keve laughing they asses off."

"Shut up, Ray!" I growled.

"Cats out the bag!" Roc laughed.

"Are y'all going to our LEAP Is Finally Over Fucking Right! party?" I asked. They laughed at the party name.

"When is it?" Prod asked.

"This Saturday." I answered as I got ready to get off the bus. Keve got her little brother and sister ready as I shook Juno out of her little music world.

"We'll see." Prince said and I sighed.

"I'm so sorry we couldn't be there last month, but I know for a fact I will be at your graduation and I shall be your date to prom." Prince said as I got off the bus.

"Nigga, I ain't ask you to prom nor did you ask me." I said as I started walking home.

"Will you be my date to your prom?" Prince asked. I heard the boys laughing in the background.

"Yes I will be." I smiled.

"What color are you wearing? What color is Isis wearing? When should I ask her? Today? Tomorrow?" Roc gushed.

"I'm wearing a nude pink color. I have no idea what color Isis is wearing and ask her today." I answered as Juno opened the front door. I waved to some friends that go to Karr. Brittany walked up to the house and walked inside after me.

"Hey boys!" Brittany said loudly.

"Hey Brit Brat!" Ray said the loudest.

"Hey my Ray Rat." Brittany smiled.

"She said my Ray Rat!" We all heard Ray squealed.

"Damn nigga. Calm down." Prod laughed.

"Look I gotta go. Okay? I'll talk to you later." I said.

"For once she's hunging up on me and not the other way around," Prince laughed. I laughed with him. 'Love you, mi amor."

"Love you, too. Talk to you soon." I made a kissing sound in the phone and heard his kissing sound back. "Bye."

"Bye." He said before hunging up.

"That was so sweet that I now have diabetes." Isis groaned as she stood in my bedroom doorway next to Jari and Brittany.

"Let's go plan for the party." I cut my eyes.

Jari

Finally! Everyone is here at my grandmother's house for our post LEAP party.

We invites some seventh graders, all of the eighth graders we like, and a few sixth graders that are cool. Oh. And some ninth graders that graduated from Behrman.

It was turnt up as everyone danced, ate, and talked for a hour. We started the hard core dancing to bounce music.

"Get Artemis!" I shouted as Artemis got in the middle of the circle and put all the girls to shame.

As she dance, someone came behind her and put his hands on her waist and held her to him. Artemis stopped and turned around, ready to slap whoever it was. She smiled to find out it was Princeton.

"Princeton!" She squealed and hugged him. Prod came out of no where and picked me up. I heard Isis's and Brittany's squeals as Roc and Ray scared them as well.

"Now, let's get our party on!" Ray shouted and everyone started partying even harder.

We started a soul train line and went down one by one to different songs. Old school, new school, and in between.

By the time everyone went home, we were all tired from our fun.

"We gotta party like this again." Roc said as we sat in Artemis's house. We always ended up back here.

"Yes we do. That was so much fun," Ray smiled. "We haven't been having that much fun since we started practing for tour."

"Oh no. Poor Ray Ray hasn't been able to party like he wants." Brittany teased him. Ray pushed her arm playfully.

"We have to leave in the morning." Prince said.

"We know." Artemis sighed.

"Let's go to sleep." Isis said.

"Yeah. You need to rest." I agreeed with Isis.

The boys nodded and fell asleep in the living. My mom, Ms. Drake, and Mrs. Jones came and got Isis, Brittany, and I as Juno and Artemis went in their rooms.

Tonight was so turnt up. I'm so glad the boys came.
