Chapter 10:Help Me Out

Mike's POV
*I was downstairs in MJ's room changing his diaper when I heard a strange noise in the kitchen. So after I changed his diaper I put him back to sleep then I grabbed my metal bat and went into the kitchen. I saw a figure standing in my kitchen eating a sandwich. I stealthily sneaked up behind him and hit him with my bat. He fell to the ground and clutched his head. Then he got up and tried to hit me but I dodged it. I grabbed his arm and twisted it and he screamed in pain. Then the lights in the kitchen came on and Kai walked in pointing a 9mm gun
Convo-
Kai- what the hell is going on?
Me- this idiot was trying to steal from us and where did you get that gun?
??- man let me go
Kai- wait a minute Mike turn him around and I been had it I just never used it
*I turned him around*
Kai- I knew I recognized that voice Daniel
Me- who is this?
Kai- babe this is Daniel Melissa's ex boyfriend
Daniel- thank you Kai now can I go?
Kai- hell no what I wanna know is why are you in my house and eating a damn sandwich?
Daniel- I can't tell you
Me- and why not?
Daniel- my boss will kill me if I tell
Kai- your boss? You mean to tell me that you were hired by someone to rob me? Mike tie him up
Daniel- what no please!
Kai- until you tell me who you are working for you're not leaving this house
Daniel- come on man please
*At that time we heard police sirens outside our house. Kai ran to the door and looked outside.*
Me- babe are those police outside our house?
Kai- yes they are I wonder who called the boys in blue
*At that time the police started banging on my door. I had Kai open the door. Then I heard a big thud I walked into the living room and saw Kai cuffed on the floor. I tried to walked toward her but a cop stopped me.*

Me-why is my wife in handcuffs? She didn't do anything
Lady Cop(LC)- sir step back let us do our jobs
Me- at least tell me what she did
LC- well she's going to jail for possession of drugs and a weapon
Me- drugs? What drugs?
LC- cocaine
Me- cocaine my wife doesn't do drugs
LC- well if she doesn't do drugs then why did she have a kilo of coke sitting in a container in the living room?
Me- I don't understand that doesn't make sense
LC- well it's true now if you don't step back then we're going to take you in as well
Me- yes ma'am and Kai baby I'll be down there to bail you out
Kai- okay I love you
Me- I love you too
*They picked Kai up off of the ground and they walked outside. I closed the door and went into the kitchen to clean up the mess that Daniel made. I threw on a tee, a pair of sweatpants and some Nike slides. I need to go and get Kai but I need someone to watch MJ for me. Let me call Terri.*

Terri- hello
Me- Terri I need a big favor from you and Gabe
Her- what you need?
Me- I need you to watch MJ for me cuz Kai just got arrested and I need to go bail her out
Her- Kai got arrested?
Me- yeah they say for possession of drugs and a gun
Her- what?
Me- yeah but I'll tell you more about it when I get the whole story
Her- aight
Me- so I'll see you in about 10 minutes
Her- okay
*After I got off the phone with her I went upstairs and got MJ. I packed him a little bag along with his diaper bag and some extra formula and toys. Once I got his stuff we got in the car and headed towards Terri and Gabe's house. Gabe let me in and Terri took MJ from me.*
Convo-
Gabe- so what's going on bro?
Me- man it's crazy so I was upstairs  in MJ's room changing his diaper when I heard some noises downstairs in the kitchen. I walked downstairs and saw some man in there eating a sandwich. So I hit him with my bat and he fell. Then we started fighting and that's when Kai came in the kitchen pointing a gun at the dude. Turns out dude was one of Melissa's exes Daniel
Gabe and Terri- wtf?
Me- same thing I said so then the police showed up I don't know who called them. Then they knocked on the door and Kai opened it. Next thing I know I hear a big thud I run in the living room and I see Kai handcuffed on the floor. I asked the cops why she was handcuffed. They said that she's going to jail for possession of drugs and a gun
Them- but Kai doesn't do drugs
Me- exactly what I said so I think the dude that was in the house set her up
Them- so what you gone do?
Me- well I'm bout to go see Melissa and see why her ex was in my house
Them- aight don't do nothing crazy
Me- I'll try but no promises
*I left Terri's house and called Melissa.*
Convo-
Her- hello
Me- hey where are you?
Her- I'm at home you wanna come over?
Me- yeah I'll be there in about 20 minutes
Her- ok
*20 minutes later I pulled up to Melissa's house. Before I went to the door I pulled out my phone and pressed record and put it in my pocket just in case she confesses. I walked up to the door and knocked. A few seconds later she comes to the door and welcomes me in.*
Convo-
Her- hey babe what's up?
Me- we need to talk
Her- what about?
Me- why was your ex at my house?
Her- what are you talking about?
Me- your ex boyfriend Daniel was in my house eating a fucking sandwich and I know he planted drugs in my house too. Now I know you have something to do with this so you need to tell me or my wife may be going to prison.
Her- I'm not telling you
Me- oh you're not?
Her- nope I'm not
*So I pushed her against the wall and grabbed her neck applying pressure. She was starting to loose her breath so I finally moved my arm and she started coughing.*
Me- so now you wanna tell me why he was in my house?
Her- fine I hired him to break into your house and plant the coke so Kai would get arrested and I could have you to myself
Me- are you fucking serious? All of this just because you want me back
Her- yes I need you she doesn't MJ should be my son not hers
Me- you are crazy she's supposed to be your best friend
Her- nah me and that bitch ain't friends no more. She acts like she's better than people
Me- don't you be calling my fiancé a bitch you need help I'm leaving I got what I needed
Her- wait don't go
Me- anything else you say ain't gone stop me from leaving
Her- what if I told you your brother was in on this
Me- wait what?
Her- yep he planned the whole thing so when Kai went to jail I would come over and comfort you making you want me and not her. Then he would come and bail Kai out making her fall in love with him
Me- you better be telling the truth or I'm going to come back here and make your life a living hell
*I left the house and went to the police station to bail my baby out.*
Kai's POV
*I was sitting in the back of this police car wondering how I'm going to get out of here. We pulled up to the station and the lady cop got me out of the car. She fingerprinted me and took my mugshot. After she did this I heard Mike come in looking for me. He paid my 1000 dollar bail and we left the station and went to go and get something to eat.*
Convo-
Me- thank you baby for bailing me out
Him- no problem but I got something to tell you
Me- what's up?
Him- I found out that Melissa and Evan hired Daniel to plant that coke in our house and framed you for it
Me- but why?
Him- they did it because they want us. Melissa wants me back and Evan wants you back so they concocted a plan to try to get us back.
Me- man I'm finna go beat this bitch ass
Him- uh no you're not
Me- why not?
Him- you just got out of jail
Me- and that doesn't mean anything to me
Him- but if you beat her ass and she presses charges then you're going back to jail and MJ won't have his mom now do you want that?
Me- no I don't but why would she do me like this though? I thought we was cool
Him- yeah I guess not *looks away*
Me- is there something you're not telling me?
Him- what are you talking about?
Me- well you're not looking at me while I'm talking to you so what's up?
Him- I can't tell you
Me- why not?
Him- it's something bad
Me- is it as bad as you asking me for me to get an abortion?
Him- yeah
Me- well I'm not going to press the issue but if it's something that affects us and our family then please let me know

Me- alright now where we going?

Me- great cuz I'm starving
Him- what you want?
Me- 3 piece dark with red beans and rice, and a medium sprite

*We pulled up to the drive through and ordered our food. After we got our food we headed back home. Once we got home we watched a movie until we went to sleep.*
~The next day~
*The next morning I was sleeping peacefully until I felt kisses all over my face. I opened my eyes and saw Mike standing over me.*

Me- what babe?
Him- get up
Me- why?
Him- because I made you some breakfast
Me- ooh what you made?
Him- waffles w/fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, and a steaming cup of coffee with lots of sugar and cream
Me- you love spoiling me don't you?
Him- yeah I do now eat up
Me- ok so what do you have planned for today?
Him- well I have to go handle some business but after that I'm all yours wbu?
Me- well after I eat I'm going to go get MJ and spend the day with him
Him- ok well we can meet back here around 2:30
Me- ok that works for me
*After I ate Mike left and I got dressed. I put on my red button down shirt with my white skinny jeans and my all red Air Force ones. Then I headed to Terri's house.*
Terri's POV
*I was sitting at the dining room table eating breakfast when the doorbell rang. I got up and opened the door. Kai walked in and she looked pissed.*
Convo-
Me- bestie what's wrong?
Her- man my so called friend set me up
Me- who?
Her- Melissa turns out she wants Mike back and in order to get him she needs me out of the way
Me- I knew that hoe was grimy
Her- and not even that I think she slept with Mike recently
Me- why do you say that?
Her- cuz last night we were talking and he was telling me about Melissa but he couldn't look me in the eye. I asked him about it and he said it was bad but I don't want to assume anything
Me- well do you have any evidence?
Her- nah just assumptions right now but this time I want to be wrong I don't want to believe that he could do that to me
Me- well why don't you go talk to Melissa?
Her- I can't do that cuz if I see her imma beat her ass
Me- understandable
Melissa's POV
*After Mike left I was in tears. I need to call Daniel and Evan and let them know what's up. I called Daniel first.*
Convo(otp)-
Me- Daniel where are you?
Him- I'm at the trap why?
Me- cuz I need to see you I'll be there in 10 mins
Him- aight
*10 mins later I pulled up to the trap and made my way inside. Daniel was sitting in his office with his feet up. I walked in and sat down.*
Him- so what's so important that you needed to come down here and see me for?
Me- you messed up?
Him- how in the hell did I mess up? I did exactly what you said to do. I planted the drugs and got caught forcing a fight and the police to be called
Me- but something went wrong
Him- oh yeah Kai recognized me
Me- and you didn't think to mention that. I almost got my ass beat because of you
Him- it wasn't my place besides you're the one who came up with this plan not me
Me- this is why I can't stand your stupid ass
Him- if I'm so stupid then why was you just on my dick a couple of weeks ago?
Me-(speechless)
Him- yeah that's what I thought you can let yourself out
*After I left the trap I called Evan.*

Him- what you want?
Me- we may be in some trouble
Him- why you say that?
Me- cuz Mike came over earlier and demanded answers why Daniel was in his house
Him- and what did you tell him?
Me- I told him everything
Him- you stupid bitch why? See you just fucked up our plan
Me- I ain't have no choice he was choking me and I almost died
Him- that don't mean nothing now he's probably going to come after me thanks a lot
*He hangs up and I went home.*
Evan's POV
*Damn I knew I should've never listened to that stupid bitch now she has messed up our whole plan. I guess when you want things done you have to do them yourself. So I was at work(I work at Footlocker) making some sales when Mike walked in. Man I hope he doesn't see me. Too late. He walked over towards me and grabbed me by the back of my neck and dragged me out the store.*
Convo-
Me- man what the fuck was that for?
Him- man shut yo bitch ass up I oughta  beat your ass for that shit you pulled
Me- man i don't know what you talking bout
Him- you know exactly what I'm talking about you ain't gone never have Kai again and that's a promise
Me- we'll see about that
