Chapter 30- The Color Purple

"Great job, girls!" Brittany hugged us.

"Thanks Brit." We smiled. Isis, Jari, and I sighed.

"I know. I know. I miss them, too. But they have responsiblities to take care of." Brittany said and we nodded.

"I just wish they could have seen us perform." Isis sighed as Brittany smirked.

"But they did, didn't they?" Juno asked.

"Yes. I set up a camera on the second floor sitting area and caught the whole thing. I recorded it in a way so the boys could watch it live and it would still record." Brittany smiled. We hugged her.

"Thanks, Brit." Jari, Isis, and I hugged her.

"We have to call four somebodies." I smirked as I dialed Prince's number. He answered on the first ring.

"Oh my God! You all were amazing! Even down to Alexa, Vicki, Jari, and Juno who were just moving stuff! We loved it!" The boys gushed before I could say anything. We went into a classroom to talk to the boys.

"Thank you!" We smiled.

"I'm so glad you got to see it." I smiled.

"Yeah. I knew you'd make a way. I love you guys." Isis said.

"Ise, was it just me or was your make up loud?" Roc asked.

"It was the make up." Jari laughed. I laughed with her.

"She...looked...like a...clown." I said in between laughs. The boys laughed with us.

"Artemis, how about I give you a kiss?" Isis asked.

"Eww! No. That red lipstick is howling!" I joked as I tried to push Isis away from me. "If you make me drop my phone, I'ma beat you senseless."

"Alright. Alright." Isis smiled at me.

"I loved how you first came out, Twin. That quote and the way you said it was dope," Ray praised. "And Miss Sophia, you did your thang! Don't do it, Miss Ceile. Don't change places with what I been through. He ain't worth it. He ain't worth it, Miss Ceile."

Ray had us joked out. He sounded just like Isis.

"Naw. Juno and Jari were moving those props and sets like it was nobody's business." Roc said.

"And the way Artemis almost tripped and fell! Ceile!" Prod shouted like I did, high and shrill.

"Please don't." I shook my head as everyone laughed.

"Well, we aren't gonna hold you too long. We have all tomorrow to talk." Prince smiled.

"No, we don't. Isis, Artemis, and I have a debate tomorrow." Juno said.

"Aww!" The boys whined.

"Well, kick some smart people's ass tomorrow." Roc said.

"Yeah. Put that Lusher school to shame!" Ray encouraged us.

"And that Auburn school." Prod said.

"Prod, its Audubon." Prince corrected and we laughed.

"Man, I was close." Prod kissed his teeth.

"You sure were, baby." Jari agreed.

"See. My baby said I was close." Prod said and we could hear the smile in his voice.

"Mmhmm. But its still wasn't right." Brittany said.

"Anyway," Juno said. "We have to go. My mama hungry."

"Okay. Bye ladies! We love you! Talk to you soon!" The boys said.

"We love you, too. Talk to you later." We all said before hanging up.

"I love them so much. They try so hard," I said and the girls sighed in agreement. I looked at my Instagram timeline and gasped. "Oh my gosh! New MB song!"

"Let's here it!" Brittany gasped.

I went onto Sound Cloud and pulled up Brightside by MB.

We listened to it one time and I was almost dying when I heard Prince sing.

I had to call the boys again.

"Hello?" Prince asked. We heard the other boys in the background.

"Come over to the brightside! The brightside! I'll take you to the brightside! The brightside!" We shouted.

"Let's get out there and shine like we're supposed to do. The way we move, baby, we belong in the light. I got you close to me, so let's run and hide. Turn it up baby, it's glow time." I sang Prince's part.

The boys were laughing.

"I'm guessing you liked the song?" Prod asked

"We loved it!" Isis exclaimed.

"Especially Prince's part." I smiled.

"You is doing the most right now. With you ole' thirsty ass." Jari told me.

"Boo boo, don't make me loud cap your ass." I cut my eyes.

We all laughed at each other.

"Anyway, did you girls preorder the album?" Roc asked.

"No." We answered.

"We were hoping our super amazing boyfriends and friends could get us five specially signed copies for each of us." Brittany said sweetly.

"Mmhmm." Prince muttered.

"You do owe us!" I said.

"You just ain't gonna let it go, huh?" Prince asked me.

"Not until the five copies for me and Juno each are at my doorstep." I said in a sing song voice.

"Alright. We gotta go. We have things to do in the morning." Prod said.

"We love you!" We said.

"We love you, too." The boys said before hanging up.

Hi everyone! Thirty chapters in! Wow! I didn't think I'd make it this far! I'm in March in the story by the way if you didn't know.

If you didn't know or didn't notice, I've been going (mostly) on what the boys have done for the past few months, but in April I'm gonna just say screw it. It's my story and I don't like the events of April. They interfere with my story. So from now on it's my way that things should go.
