I'm right back where I started
All I can think about is you
I'm right back where I started
And there's nothing I can do
You're invading my every thought
So much that I can't sleep at night
I lay there daydreaming about you and me
Without giving up much of a fight
To get back to where I was
Where you weren't my only concern
I miss the days where I could get on with my life
But once again I've reached the point of no return
You just had to appear on my timeline
For the first time in a while
It sent me back to where I started
When seeing your name made me smile
From that I had a moment of weakness
All of a sudden, I needed to hear your voice
When I was in a small cloud of anxiety
So, I made that stupid choice
Because you're the only one who can calm me down
Just with the way you sing and speak
I couldn't help but sing along
And once again for you I am weak
It's a struggle to fall asleep at night
I still don't get the affect you have on me
All I do is daydream
About things that will never be
I scream into my pillow
Wishing I could forget about you
But every time I close my eyes
Your face is the only view
I'm right back where I started
I have to face that it's true
I'm right back where I started
When I only had eyes for you
