Background: Gorou Odagiri is the next Kamen Rider Kuuga, he is the Successor of Yusuke Godai and Yusuke Onodera. He is the man who wants to learn 2000 talents on his way. He is a fan of Kamen Rider Kuuga and Anime, he loves Kuuga a lot, especially Kuuga , his favorite Heisei Kamen Rider. He wants to become a hero to protect people's smiles like Yusuke. When he was a delinquent, he use to beat up some people who make him angry, some students were afraid of Gorou but he didn't care. He feel tired being delinquent but he meet a girl Kaoruko Waguri as she ask him then he find her cute, he and Kaoruko hang out as he learn Kaoruko is like Tokusatsu and DC. Kaoruko ask Gorou to watch DC Movies as he happy accept it. After they done watch the movies, Kaoruko kiss Gorou's cheek which make him blush. She said she want to hang out with him as he accept it. Later they going to Japan Fest as he decide to buy CSM Arcle and a date with Kaoruko, after done buying CSM Arcle and going back to home. Gorou head home alone then suddenly an Aurora Curtain took him to somewhere and send him to the Japanese Temple, he meet Tsukasa Kadoya. Tsukasa explain that he chosen Gorou as the next Kamen Rider Kuuga, he give Gorou an Kuuga Ridewatch but tell him to activate the Ridewatch right time. Tsukasa send him to the Metropolis as he end up in the street and doesn't remember what's happened to him.
