Sherlock had perfect teeth, and therefore no need of braces. Mycroft's teeth however,were a disaster. He needed braces for years, and hated every minute of it. Sherlock found it incredibly amusing, and still brings it up to annoy Mycroft.
A/N: Surprise! Another update! Because one of our midterm exam is done and I'm fleetingly happy because our professor asked me a copy of Imitation Game and he said he liked Sherlock! Yas! So yeah.
