Isabella Swan Meets Aro Volturi (Re-tell)

Chapter 1

     It took dad and mom ten years but they finally turned me into a vampire. Dad and mom, they aren't my actual parents but I have been with them most of what I can remember now. Dad to most people is the vampire king Aro Volturi, and his mate Sulpicia. Then there is Aro's brothers Marcus and Cauis my uncles. Marcus's mate died a long time ago and Cauis has a mate her name is Athenodora her's is the prettiest name of them all at the castle.

     I have been a vampire for 5 years placing me at age 23. I am a vampire and was bitten at age 18 so even though I am 23 I look like I am 18. My powers are increased speed, strength, and I drink blood but all those are normal average vampire powers. I can actually soak up anyone's powers, but I have to know that they have the power before I take it. Along with my sponge power I can create any power I want as long as I come up with a way to use it.

     The powers I use most often are human traits, it gives me a layer of blood and skin until Twilight. The human trait power can be annoying because I can still bruise, vampires find my blood really appealing, vampires can take my one layer of blood and let me just tell you that hurts, oh and this may be gross because it is too me: my blood appeals to myself sometimes. Ugh is is just plain nasty when I make my blood that appealing. Who ever wants to drink their own blood is really sick in the head.

     Right now I am walking down stairs to the thrown room to drink some blood with my family. I really wish there was another way than to drink human blood! Human blood tastes and smells nasty. The only reason I drink it is because I need to be able to move and be dead, but live in my own way. Okay that last part didn't make since but who really cares it is my mind that is for no one else!

     Oh and I almost forgot my other two powers I use along with the human trait one. I am constantly using the powers that brought in dad and his coven, my mental and physical shield. My mental shield makes it so that dads read minds power, Jane's fire power, and a few other don't work on me. Then my physical shield makes it so no one can entire a bubble of my size and I can turn it on you and since who is in my bubble if your human or not?

     I was walking down the stairs trying to find Jane. I want to talk to her about leaving. I have been trapped here in a castle for five years. I understood when I was human, like there is so much bad that can happen if you leave the castle, but I am a vampire now. My dad is the most powerful man in the vampire world who sends his friends out on missions, he will even go sometimes, but wont send his own daughter. Mom even gets to go if its serious, that was once and I was left all alone with our human receptionist. It was boring, I can tell you that.

     Then out of no where someone was running down the stairs like an elephant. I look up and there Jane is chasing Felix and Alec down the stairs. But Jane's hair is purple. I start laughing so hard I am rolling down the stairs. 

      We don't have a railing so I was going to fall of the stairs but then my dad caught me. "Isabella! What are you laughing so hard about?" he asked I looked up and sure enough Jane started to use her powers on her twin and Felix.

     "Alec and Felix died Jane's hair purple." I said between laughing fits. I curled up to my dad still laughing.

     "Jane, stop we don't want you killing them." My dad said and she stopped and looked at him with these pleading eyes.

      "But Aro!" She whined acting like the thirteen year old she looked like.

      "Jane, you are 2815 years old not a thirteen year old, start acting like it." Dad said and Alec stuck his tongue out at his twin. "Alec!" Aro shouted

     I jumped out of dad arms. "I am going to go and hang out with Jane, see you later dad." I said kissing his cheek. I walked up the stairs pulling Jane's arm with me to my room. "Jane come on!" I said and then we ran up too my room.

     My room was like an apartment, we could seriously rent it and no one would know that it was just a room too me. There is a kitchen with stools, and an island. The kitchen is connected to a carpet room with a couch, TV, and bookshelves. The bookshelves are full of books all but the bottom one, that is full of movies and video games. There is another room but it doesn't have a door to my game room, it is chuck full of all my old barbies, dolls, toys, then there is board games and card games. Another door like the one to the toy room coming from the kitchen\ family room is to my bed room. My bedroom has a king sized bed, with the theme red and white like the rest of the 'apartment'. Then from the bedroom is a bathroom and closet. The closet is like a whole another 'apartment'. It is chuck full of clothes, and shoes.

     I took Jane and we sat down on my bed. "I want to leave." I said jumping straight to the point, and I watched at it looked like her eyes were going to pop out of her head. And they also filled with venom as if she wanted to cry.
