“Ok everyone to order, Sam we have combined the packs” I rolled my eyes “No Shit Sherlock” I said sitting back in my seat folding my arms “I know we didn’t ask you...” I laughed “I noticed” “But we had no time we need to act fast” yet again a laugh came out of me “You had no time, if we had no time you would have already left when I was unconscious we wouldn’t be having this meeting” I stood up one point, and in the end I throw my hands up in the air, “We can’t just send people out to die, with no training” I let out a sigh “Train them then but how is this helping” I said again leaning forward with my hands on the table, everyone else was watching us like a tennis ball match accept Jackson his eyes hadn’t left my back, “We need to decide who is going” he said putting his hands flat on the table, we were now both ready to jump on the table and fight if we need to, “Everyone we will take everyone” “NO!” it was like a missed ball instead of David hitting it Jackson hit it from behind me, I turned to look at him “No?” I asked unsure of what he was saying “I have already told you you’re not going” he said taking a step towards me, I rolled my eyes “And nor is Ed” said Locus, Ed eyes went hard and he moved away from his mate in to my now empty seat.

“Oh really we're not allowed to come” I said as I jumped up on to the table, I addressed the whole room in my next sentence “But where does that leave you guys, two down against a full pack” I said spreading my arms wide I sent Ed a wink and through the mind link, I know I said I wasn’t going to use it but what the hell, just to him I said ‘I’ve got this’ “But you two are the first two to be mates which are were wolves” I span round to see a boy about the age of fifteen who had spoken, brave kid, I wouldn’t have talked back to me, if I was sat in his position, so I walked over to him, and bent on my knees, “Yes that’s right you’re a smart kid” I said kissing his forehead, I saw Jackson tense waiting for the boy reaction he just blushed and sank down in his chair staring my body up and down checking me out, make Jackson growl, I felt like laughing but instead I said “See that is the type of thinking we need, and the reason that it is good to have me and sexy Ed here” another growl this time from Locus, good it was fun winding them, two up, maybe I should try coming on to Kelly and see what Brandon did, or Ash with Nathan “is your mind links through the pack, are stopped by many things I am told, one” I held up a finger “Distraction” and I kissed my fifteen year old friend on the cheek this time he went dazed and sank further blushed redder, Jackson jaw clenched and so did his fist “two” I said jumping over some people’s heads “pain” I said whacking Sam round the back of his head “ow” he said but he was grinning “and finally three, NOISE!” I shouted it so load some people covered their ears but I just continued.

 “But us Mates, me and Ed” I said putting my head on top of his smiling, “Are mind links with are mates are stronger much stronger, even more strong than yours with your mate” I said leaning on David’s shoulder where he had sat down, “You see our mates, are only distracted by us” I ruffled the guys hair on the way over to Jackson, I kissed his chin and he looked down at me “I found out to day that pain makes it strong” I said pointing at my chest “and noise, hell I can make more noise than any of you and I am sure Ed can to” I tapping Ed’s head “So we are actually better communicators then all of you put together, just think of us as group telephones” I walked back round to stand in between were Jackson was leaning on the wall and Locus was sat down and I spoke toed again through the mind link ‘Come here now’ he grinned and shook his head but got up and came and stood next to me, send me a metal salute and ‘Yes madam’ through the link, I laughed. “Ok so if you put overprotective idiot one in one fight group” I said pointing behind me to Jackson who growl again, I ignored him “And put overprotective idiot two in the same fighting group with overprotective idiot one.” I took Ed’s hand and pulled him to the other side of the room “Then put sexy Ed in another” and I walked to a different corner “And me in another, we have three fighting groups, three different angels of act and fully communicate between them all, which they won’t have” I jumped back over peoples head on to the table and said with a smirk facing David “Any questions?”
