SUMMARY
It's 1999 and the impending doom of the next century is the least sixteen-year-old Nathan is worried about. Coming home from a psychiatric ward after five days, Nathan is met with normal life once again and it's never felt so boring. What is Nathan supposed to do? He packs a bag and makes a list and sets off into the chaos that is Sydney on New Year's Eve; an escape, but a trap just as much. A bohemian white-haired girl named Raisa, and an outcast anger-issued musician named Joel are just a few of the things Nathan meets, and maybe, by the dawn of the year 2000, he'll have something to live for.
