Dean.
After going shopping with your friend again you seen Dean and he asked you out. You had no idea where you were going but you knew he was collecting you at 7. Seen as you didn't know what you's were doing you played it safe and dressed casual. Dean arrived at your door in a black cardigan, black jeans, a black t shirt and black converse. He looked amazing, 'You look beautiful' he smiled as you's walked down the garden to his car.
Dean decided to bring you bowling and to play pool, you were excited for bowling but you had never played pool in your life so you were kind of dreading that.
You were beating Dean in a game of bowling and when you got a strike Dean ran up and lifted you up while he congratulated you, 'Looser' you joked.
It was time for pool and Just as you expected you were playing awful. You couldn't even hold the cue, Dean took this opportunity to put his arms around you so his hand was on top of your hand at the bottom of the cue and on the top of the cue. You looked at him over your shoulder and could do nothing but smile.
Cian.
After You and Cian had a kick about in the Gaa field he asked you if you wanted to go to the Mayo vs Galway match in Croke Park in the weekend. Of course you said yes. You and Cian sat on the train up to Dublin and got to know each other more and more as you patiently waited to arrive at your destination. After getting off the train and walking for half an hour you finally reached Croke park. You and Cian walked past a group of teenage boys who shouted some comments at you including calling you 'for' and asking you to 'shift' them which Cian grew quite jealous of.
It was half time and Mayo were ahead by 8 points. Everything about the day was just going amazingly.
'So like I know we don't know each other long but I just want to know can I count today as a date? I really like spending time with you y/n' he mumbled as he blushed shyly.
'I'd love that' you smile back.
The second half continued and Cian stretched out and put his arm around you. You could feel butterflies in your stomach as he did this. Everyone stood up cheering as the final whistle blew. You turned and faced Cian and he picked you up and swung you around as you buried your face in his shoulder. He smelt amazinggggg, hopefully this would be a first of many dates you thought to yourself as you smiled.
Ryan.
When Ryan walked you home after work he asked if you wanted to hang out soon, you agreed before exchanging numbers so you would be able to organise a time and place to hang out. Your phone buzzed one night and it was Ryan, 'do you wanna hang out tonight? I know the perfect place :)' it read.
'yeah sure :)' you texted back.
Ryan wouldn't tell you where you's were going but you were still excited. It was 8 o'clock and Ryan knocked on your door.
'you look amazing y/n' he smiled.
You blushed as you stood there admiring him. You's got into town and Ryan was directing you's where to go, you's walked for a little while before getting to a place called Whelans. By the looks of it it was a pub.
You's walked inside and sat down, Ryan bought you a drink and shortly after you heard someone talk through a microphone. There must be live music you thought to yourself, you turned around to face the stage and Ed Sheeran was standing there. Ryan laughed as he recorded your reaction as he knew you loved him. He started talking and he announced 'I want to dedicate this to y/n and Ryan who are on their first date tonight' and winked over at Ryan.
You nearly fell off the chair before you leaned across the table and gave Ryan the biggest hug ever.
Dayl.
Dayl had come to your house so you could teach him that move he wanted to learn. You's clicked immediately and you loved spending time with him, he turned to you and asked you if you wanted to go see Diversity with him in the 3arena.
'em yes' you said to him smiling.
It was the day of the show and Dayl said he would collect you at 6 to your surprise he was early but luckily you were ready.
'So y/n would you do the honours of being my date tonight?' He smiled as he held his hand out waiting for you to either reject this or to interlock your hand with his. You reached out and grabbed his hand with yours as a huge smile appeared on his face.
'Of course I will' you smiled back.
You's got a taxi to the 3 arena and the place was full of people waiting to get inside. Dayl decided rather than waiting out in the cold that you's would go to costa and wait there. You walked into Costa and Dayl went and bought the two of you hot chocolate.
You couldn't help but get lost in Dayls eyes as he spoke to you.
'I really like spending time with you' he smiled shyly.
'I really like spending time with you too' you smiled back.
It was time for the show and Dayl had gotten such good tickets you's were literally 3 rows from the front.
The show finished and you and Dayl were absolutely blown away by the dance moves you seen on stage that night. As you's walked home you's reminisced on the night and couldn't stop yourself from smiling.
Josh.
Josh was your only friend in school so you's spent a lot of time together walking to your classes together and having lunch together. You were so thankful for him tbh without him you would literally be on your own. One day as you's were walking to your biology class you noticed he was being quiet.
'you ok Josh?' You asked.
'em yeah I I was just wondering if you wanted to go out tonight? Like on a date like it's ok if you don't' he said as he placed his hand on the back of his neck as he blushed.
'I'd love to' you smiled back.
Josh collected you from your house and you's went to the cinema together. Josh suggested a horror and even though you hated them you agreed because you knew you could use it as an excuse to cuddle up to Josh when you got scared. The film started off fine but as it went on you slowly slumped more and more into your seat, Josh noticed this and gently put his arm around you and pulled you in close to him. You immediately felt safe. As the film continued on you buried you face in Josh's shoulder for the scary parts and he cuddled into you. After the film Josh brought you on a walk around the town and walked you to your door. You had an amazing night with an amazing boy.
Brendan
It had been 2 weeks since you left the Gaeltacht and you missed everyone, especially Brendan. For 3 weeks you's got really close, he would walk you home everyday and he would pick you up to dance at all the Ceilis.
You got a message from Brendan, 'Hey I was just wondering if you wanna go out tomorrow? I miss you :( x' you smiled when you read this message and you agreed.
Rather than meeting up with your whole house you decided you just wanted it to be you and Brendan.
The next day you met him at the spire, 'Let's go to the zoo' he suggested. You smiled and you's walked to the zoo.
You had always loved Dublin Zoo and being able to see the different animals so you were excited to go with Brendan. The two of you walked around for the day chatting, laughing and admiring the different animals. After you's decided to go to get food, of course Brendan chose Supermacs his favourite. You say there across from him and couldn't help but admire him as he told you a story. He was sooooo good looking and so nice and funny. You had such an amazing day with him, you were so happy it was just the two of you's and nobody else.
