I was hoping my hand wasn't sweaty and bit my bottom lip. His eyes trailed down to my lips and stopped there. Even though it was cold, I felt my face get hot and looked away. A masculine chuckle vibrated through him as I took my hand back. "Are you scared, Len?" I was, but I didn't want him to know. I never expected anyone to like me, I've only kissed my family, but never a man. "I-I..." Taking a deep breath, I nodded. "A lot of people are scared of me, but I don't want you to be one of them."

People feared Yejun? That makes sense, his eyes are quite intimidating and he gets angry easily. I looked back and gave a small smile to reassure him that it's fine. "Len, I want you to trust me."

"I do trust you!" I suddenly outburst. His look of surprise surprised me more. "Do you think I would be with you if I didn't? I trust you, Yejun. Don't ever doubt that." He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me to his chest. His leather jacket was cold, but once his hand started playing with my hair, I instantly felt at ease. "Let me know when you get home, okay?" I nodded, completely forgetting we were at in front of the train station. His eyes lit in realization of something. "I forgot! Len, give me your phone." Digging in my pocket, I handed him my phone and told him my password. Then, he handed it back. I stared at the screen and added him into my contacts.

Looking up, I gasped when his soft lips kissed my forehead. "Get home safe." he whispered in my ear. My face was blazing as an uncontrollable smile was slapped on my face. "You too, Yejun."

My finger danced over his contact name. I only have it as Yejun, but I want it to be cute.

Ba|

I raised an eyebrow and continued typing.

Bae 🇰🇷❤️

Was the flag necessary? Maybe it should be two hearts instead of one? No, that would be excessive, one heart is enough. But we're two people. Why the hell am I conversing with myself?! Should I have him as bae, though? Some people say it means 'poop' in Danish, others say it means 'before anyone else'. I can't put him before my father, and I don't see him as poop.

About an hour later, I was home. "Good night!" I yelled as I closed the door. As usual, there was no response. The whole house was cloaked in darkness, but I felt more at ease when it reminded me of Yejun's eyes. I locked the door and headed to my room. I slipped my shoes off and plopped on my bed. Staring at my phone screen, I tapped on Yejun's contact and put my phone to my ear. After the first ring, he picked up.

"Yeobosayeo?" I looked at my phone screen in confusion and then put it back to my ear. "Yejun?" Suddenly, the bastard started laughing. "I'm so sorry Len. I barely speak English on the phone. Are you home?"

"Oh! I was like damn, what am I supposed to say!" I smiled and continued, "I just got here. Are you home yet?"

"I am home. I live like seven blocks away from the station, so it takes me like ten minutes to walk it." he responded. "Is that so? I also noticed those blocks are long! They remind me of Eastern Parkway blocks."

"Eastern Parkway blocks?" he parroted.

"Yeah. One day, I'll show you my side of Brooklyn."

"Your side of Brooklyn? What're you trying to say? Everyone in this neighborhood is pretty much Asian, excluding some Italians and Jews, but there are no Koreans here. I have not seen one."
