This was the first time I was going to their house, and I was a little nervous. Nick informed me that everyone was busy; Isaac and Larry were editing and more than likely wouldn't leave their rooms, Yumi was out, and Tanner was streaming.

I grab the grocery bags at my feet and follow Nick up to the front door. It's a really nice and big house. It's plain on the outside, but stepping inside I see a random assortment of trinkets that scream chaos, but it's not overwhelming. Nick leads me to the kitchen where I put the bags on the counter.

"Alright chef, tell me what to do," I say as I set the camera up at an angle that won't really show my face, but will show the stove and what Nick and I are doing.

Nick smiled and pulled out a cutting board and a knife, "chop the cauliflower for me, sous chef."

"Yes chef," I saluted and got to work.

Nick took over the chicken, starting it by tenderizing it and seasoning it. When I was finished cutting the cauliflower into small bits like he showed me, I flicked a few pieces at him.

"Keep that up, I dare you," Nick warns me, but I just smile like nothing happened.

"No idea what you're talking about."

I let Nick take over the rest of dinner and I started working on the brownies. I was showing off the brownies and Nick's dinner, when I felt something sprinkle on top of my head.

"Nick?" I turn toward him and reach on top of my head, pulling my fingers back down to see flour on them. "What the fuck man?"

"Payback," he holds his hands up in defense.

"Fuck you. This means war."

"Hey! You can't get upset! This was payback-"

I cut him off by throwing a small handful of chocolate chips at him.

He catches a few in his mouth, "ha! Nice try!"

I groan, "whatever, I would feel bad making you clean up flour," I'm grumbling to myself.

"What's that? Bawk bawk, bawk bawk." Nick is now doing an imitation of a chicken and it makes me want to strangle him.

Before I can answer him, we hear the front door open and footsteps coming our way. Yumi's head peers into the kitchen and I can't help but be happy to see him.

"Hey Yumi!" I call out to him with a wave.

"Hey Y/n," he grins back at me, before looking around. "What's going on here?"

"We went and got some things at the store and now we're making food! I was making some brownies before someone put some flour on my head," I glare at Nick, turning towards him when I mentioned him.

"IT WAS PAYBACK! WE ARE EVEN NOW!" Nick shouts.

"You guys went to the store?" Yumi interrupts our conversation again, and he sounds a little dejected.

"Yeah, we only grabbed a few things."

"Oh okay, let me know when the brownies are done." His mood seemed to dim a little as he walked away, presumably to his room.

"What was that about? Did he seem down to you?" I asked Nick.

Nick shrugged as he went back to cooking, "beats me."

I linger for a second, looking where Yumi just left, and resume the brownies. I'm stirring the mixture when Nick's phone buzzes on the counter next to me.

"Hey, can you tell me who texted me?" Nick asks, while he's preheating the oven for me and spraying a baking pan with butter.

I laugh immediately after looking at the text, "it says, 'hey baby girl, can you bring me a plate of whatever you're making' from Isaac." I didn't know Isaac had a side like this to him. "Baby girl? Something going on between you and Isaac?" I tease Nick with a laugh.
