It was the last day of summer, which meant that soon, Heavenlee would have to say goodbye to her family and the museum. She turned to look at James in their room, Haylee asleep on a cot that the two had made her. "Are you ready for the new year?" She whispered to the other. "it's our first year of college."

James nodded "yeah. I'm grateful for that" He said. Over the past summer, James had chosen to dye his medium length hair an emerald green that bounced against his mixed skin tone, and it highlighted the golden undertones that appeared in it.

"My gods you really do look like Lady Demeter now" Heavenlee laughed. James put on his hibiscus flower crown and turned to her.

"yes, that's the idea, Lele." James said. "plus, I just like the color green and since we're going into college, I thought to change my hair"

"for the first time since kindergarten." Heavenlee interjected. Haylee groaned as she started to wake up. Heavenlee looked down at the two of them "how are you both feeling about going back to Brightmore after last Semester?" Heavenlee asked.

"It's all fine, why?" James asked. "what do I have to worry or fear with going back to Brightmore?" Haylee stayed quiet.

"James. Tell the truth, you lost your boyfriend last semester. You two may have been dating for a year, but you were head over heels for him." Heavenlee said.

"yeah. but- he chose to betray us all for someone else. He made that choice and so now- now I hate him." James assured.

"Hate, or is it love that's twisting up inside you. They both have four letters, James."

"Lele- let's not talk about this" Haylee said as she rubbed her eyes. "I'm gonna head to work after I get packed to go back to Brightmore today." She stated.

Heavenlee nodded and got herself out of bed "I promised Dad to help him with a group that's coming in today, young botanists who still have a lot to learn. I'm taking them on a tour of the museum that'll end with dad's lecture. He owes a friend for one of his flowers."

"You know that 80 percent of his mythology plants are real, right?" Haylee stated

"I knew the moly was real but what are you talking about!?" Heavenlee nearly shouted.

"Page once taught me how to sense magic, and I naturally sensed that there's magical wards on several plants. The only reason you'd do that is because they're actual, mythological plants. Like the golden apple of Idunn, there is many magical enchantments on that thing. Who got it for him? because the tablet about it says unknown."

"that's because Dad genuinely doesn't know who it's from. He just got a package one day that had nothing but the apple wrapped inside it and a note on top that had the story of how they got it, saying that they had to do a big thing for Lady Idunn to get it for him, then all that was at the end was a 'sorry'. Dad still doesn't know who got it for him or what they did, or why they did it." James explained.

"I call first shower!" Heavenlee declared. Heavenlee grabbed a dark gray dress and a few of her belts. She ran to the bathroom and took her shower, putting back on her blindfold once she was done. She glanced in the mirror before she left the room. Over the summer, her body had gotten back to it's normal look, filling out and showing the slight muscles she had earned. Heavenlee shouted out "Haylee! James! wanna train since we have time?" she asked, clicking each of her five watches onto their designated spots.

A red watch on her wrist with the green right above it on her right arm, each of their bands specially crafted to have risen with what states are in the time zone, and having the time zone they are appointed to written on the band. Red for central, green for eastern. She then grabbed the blue, Pacific time zone watch, which also looked like water, and brown, which had bumps around the clock's face. Finally, she grabbed her golden watch and placed it on her bicep.
