"Shit, she's onto us!" Calum panics as Allison walks towards us, Katelyn and Harry behind her.
"Come on, let's try and escape while we can." I start to quickly walk away, leaving Calum behind.
"Hold it Ashton! It's a little too late for you to try and scurry away." I hear Allison say from a short distance.
I spin around and walk back to where Calum's still standing.
"So, would you like to explain what you're doing here? In the same mall, the same store, and the same floor and section? Just a litttttle coincidental, don't you think?" Allison crosses her arms.
"Umm..." I look over to Calum, giving him a look, saying to come up with something. Unfortunately, he continues to stand quietly.
"Calum...wanted to follow you guys so he could see what kind of taste Katelyn has in clothes!" I lean over to whisper to Allison and Harry, "he kinda has a thing for her." back up and put on a fake smile as I try to ignore Calum glare at me.
Harry and Allison give each other a glance and then burst into laughter, as I stand confused as to why they're laughing.
"Cal-Kate-Ca-K-BAHAHAHAHA" She continues to laugh as Katelyn stands beside them, awkwardly looking at Calum and I.
As Allison finishes up her laughing fit, she once again speaks, "So you're telling me, Calum likes Katelyn? You're hilarious, nice cover up." She snorts.
"I-It's true. I, um, suddenly began to find a-an interest in her and I have no idea why now...considering I've known her for so long. It's nothing though, lets all just forget about it!" Calum awkwardly looks around the shop.
Harry and Allison look at Calum, still confused. "Wow, Calum...that's um weird and kinda cute? I don't know but we're just going to pay for Katelyn's things and stu...um bye." Allison pulls Katelyn and Harry away, as if she's in a rush.
As soon as they are out of sight, Calum punches my arm, "Seriously dude?? Now what! They think I like her, how am I supposed to fix that?!"
"Pretend to be into her? Not that hard."
"That's easy for you to say, let's see how well YOU do with Allison."
"Shut the hell up! That's different." I unintentionally slam my palm on the watch case, which attracts a couple of customers shopping.
"Okay, Okay, calm down Ashton. Now, let's decide on whether or not this is going to be our next...stop."
"I don't know, is there really much here? All we can really steal is the watches and expensive jewelry." I say in a hushed tone.
"Yea, and then we'll sell them. I say that's good enough, it's around $200 to like $1,500 for each item. I think that's good enough." Calum looks into the watch case once again.
"Yea I guess, okay then. Let's go tell the other boys. This stop is for the end of the month, and hopefully by then, we'll have a special guest joining us." I smirk as I walk towards the exit of the store, Calum following behind.
