I continue to stare at the photo booth picture of Allison and Luke. He told me he was close to her but not that close.
One picture has her and Luke staring into each others eyes like two teens forever in love, another one of them kissing, another smiling, and one of Luke squeezing the goddamn life out of her.
He genuinely looked happy, I actually kind of feel bad for telling him to break her off but I had to, he didn't do what he was supposed to.
Now I gotta tell her but I have no idea how. What am i supposed to do? I doubt she's gonna end up falling for me or something like that.
Unfortunately, I can't just randomly blurt out 'oh hey I know what happened to your sister oh yea & while I'm telling you this, would you also like to join our group where we do badass illegal things?'
Yea no.

"Hey Allison, can you show me where your bathroom is?"
"Sure." she gets up from her bed and leads me to the peeing room.
"Thanks." I enter and shut the door, quickly dialing Luke's number.
"Hello?" He picks up the phone.
"Hey, it's Ashton."
"Obviously, do you not know that phone's show Caller ID's?"
"Shut up Luke. Um, so I'm at Allison's house-"
"Already? Damn you're quick, it took me at least 3 weeks for her to invite me over." he interrupts.
"I'm helping her with math, her teacher said she needed some help in the subject."
"Yea it's her weakest subject, I know, been there, done that."
"Yea..so about that. Did you really, actually, like her? Like I was looking at pictures of you guys together and you looked really happy in them, especially compared to now."
"Ashton...can we not talk about this. You're currently in her freakin house."
"But I need to know!"
"Why?"
"Because..if I..you know, by any chance, happened to go out with her, would you mind?"
He doesn't answer.
"Hello??"
"Sorry I, um, dropped my phone." he lies.
"So you wouldn't be okay with it?"
"No it's fine, I don't really care. Do whatever you want, fuck her up if you have to, because after all, that's what you made me do." he says angrily.
"Clearly you're mad, but just remember, it's all for business."
"Please don't hurt her. I don't think she can take anymore heartbreak." and with that, he hangs up the phone.
Well that didn't go very well.
I flush the toilet trying to make me going to the bathroom believable and head back to Allison's room.
"Okayyyy, let's do some math." I rub my hands together, preparing myself for what's to come.
