George nods his head. Nobody else in this room had seen these messages, and I'd only revisited them for the first time last night, with George confirming he still had access to them.
"So Holly messaged Matthew saying how could you do this to me? To us? She then continued saying why would you cheat on me, Matthew? Please tell me it's not true. It was then followed by Matthew replying and saying I'm sorry Hol and that's where the messages end," George says, before shutting his phone off.
Harry looked close to tears behind the camera, and so did Jess and Hattie.
As for me personally, I wasn't sure how I wasn't a blubbering mess right now.
"I'll attach those messages to the screen, for those of you that are watching this on YouTube. I don't have anything else to say about the actual breakup, though. It's up to you who you choose to believe. Truthfully - I don't really care. I have those that I love around me, and I know they believe me, and at the end of the day that's all that matters to me."
George leaves, and I'm by myself again. "Now, as for the Gymshark and Sidemen event a few weeks ago. Yes, I was there. Yes, my ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend were there, too. I had no knowledge that he would be there. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone. Yes, there was a physical altercation between him and someone else attending that night. It was provoked by Matthew purposefully saying something cruel towards me. I don't condone physical violence," I continue, briefly making eye contact with Harry, still envisioning his busted lip, and I have to avert my eyes before a blush spreads on my cheeks.
"- but that is all I will be saying on the topic. And finally I talk to you directly. Matthew - we had four years together. I'm not going to sit here and lie and say that the four years we spent together were awful. They weren't. We shared some good times, but those good times were tarnished the second you cheated on me. And you know you did. It's been a messy year, and I can only ask that you stop bringing up my name now. Let it go. I know I will," I finish, taking a deep breath.
"To everyone else watching this - I want you to know this. Yes, this might seem like fun drama to watch, and take sides. But I would like you to remember that this involves real human beings with real human feelings. However you take this situation, I can only ask and hope that you move forward with kindness. All my love always, Holly."
I can hear the moment the camera stops recording, and my shoulders legitimately deflate.
Harry reaches me first, and wraps me in a hug that feels so - grounding. It brings me back to reality, but in a way that feels protective.
Hattie and Jess are hot on his heels, jumping onto my bed and also hugging me, and I feel the love radiating from both of them - all of them, rather, because George and Arthur join in now, too.
After a little while of sitting on my bed and just talking, Jess and Arthur are the first to leave, soon followed by Hattie and George, which leaves just Harry and I together again.
"I don't want to mess this up again," I admit, after a painfully long silence, of me trying to decide what to say, and when.
"I know," Harry replies, his voice matching mine.
"I'm still scared, Harry. But I'm terrified of losing you, more than anything else."
"You're not going to lose me, Holly," he replies, squeezing my fingers.
"I'm going to really try, this time. To just - be the person you deserve. I'm - I'm still going to have bad days. I will have days where everything feels impossible, and I need you to know that -"
"I'm not going anywhere, Holly. I'll be here for your good days and your bad days. Throughout everything. And don't focus on being the person I deserve. Focus on being the person you deserve, yeah?" He asks, and it feels like he's asking me to make him a promise.
"Okay," I agree, as his fingers move a strand of hair out of my face. "I can do that."
