"And I hereby devote this cigarette to being one year free from the worst man on the planet," I announce sarcastically, lighting it, and taking a toke.
Harry laughs. "I'll smoke to that," he agrees, lighting his own with my lighter, as we make ourselves comfortable in the camping chairs we'd packed in the car for our weekly trip to the forest.
I practically had to kick George out of my room this morning. The moment he knew I was awake, he'd come knocking, persistently asking me if I was okay every five seconds, and that wasn't even an exaggeration.
After humouring him and eating breakfast with him, I'd just about managed to convince him and Arthur that I was fine, and that I had plans of my own.
"I have a question," Harry asks, bringing me out of my daydream.
"Hmm?" I reply, leaning back in the chair that was surpassingly comfortable.
"You know about the charity match we're hosting, right?" He asks, looking very laid back in his own chair.
"Course. George and Arthur have been going on about it nonstop for the last few weeks," I laugh, recalling the day they'd come home and told me they'd been asked to play. At Wembley of all places!
"Are you coming?" He asks, sounding genuinely curious.
"Of course I'm coming. Gotta support my roommates," I tell him, but not before adding, "and all of you lot, too."
"So you're on team Sidemen FC?" He asks, a real glint in his eyes.
"Duh. But don't be fooled, if they were playing for the other side, then..."
He rolled his eyes. "Wow, Holly. Talk about being shallow," he laughs, shaking his head.
"But it's all good! I'm supporting your team, and I'm still trying to convince Tobi to make me a custom shirt so I can wear it," I grin.
