You are a Toon at Gardenview museum! You love working with the children and doing (Activity) with them all! Unsurprisingly you get along with almost all the toons, as do all the others. Sure everyone might have closer friends, but everyone can be friends with everyone, right? Well... other than Shrimpo.

But he's not important!

Right now you were sitting in your toon room, hanging out with Goob and Scraps as it was mostly just the two of them discussing random things as you got lost in your thoughts pretending to listen. Hundreds of thoughts racing through your mind as you thought of all sorts of things, especially your friends. Suddenly, you remember, You're supposed to hang out with Sprout soon! He had asked you to come to the garden and speak to him...

You quickly shook yourself back to reality and caught Goob and Scraps attention. "Hey guys, I have to go soon. Sprout and I were planning to meet up soon." You spoke almost sadly as you knew your time with them was coming to an end. You stood from the edge of your bed as the 2 of them left back to their toon room. You sighed softly before looking into my mirror.

Your POV

I stared at myself, narrowing my eyes a bit and thinking. I should probably change... I'd like to look presentable for my friend! I began to search my closet for anything that fit my style, beginning to piece the outfit together slowly.

I couldn't stop checking the time, 12:13, 12:16,12:21... time was ticking! Why am I overthinking this so badly?? I just need to find something, and put it on.

After awhile I finally found an outfit I was okay with, smiling at myself in the mirror before I did a few other things to finish the outfit off and decided I should probably get going before I was late. I had been thinking about this hangout all morning but when I invited Goob and Scraps over I just completely forgot... I shook my head, trying to clear my mind and stop thinking about it so much.

"It's just a hangout with your friend! Calm down y/n..." I whispered to myself as I played with my fingers. I was looking down, not exactly watching where I was going, too busy to pay attention.

As I was passing by Dandy's shop I ran straight into another toon, they dropped something. I was so surprised I could barely open my eyes, desperately trying to get to my feet and spin back around to find them. When my eyes finally caught on a toon it was, Sprout? And he had his arms behind his back like he was hiding something.

Normal POV

"Oh- Hi y/n!"

He said, almost sounding nervous and awkward. Weird...

"Hey!" You said back smiling a bit. "What are you... doing here??" He asked slightly confused as the two of you began walking towards the Garden.

"I was looking for you I guess."

You said with a small shrug before you reached the Garden. Sprout led you to a bench and you both sat down, him still hiding something. "Right. So... uh, there was sort of a reason I brought you here...?" You turned to him, intrigued. "...which is?" You were a bit confused, almost nervous, curious about what he was going to say

He turned away blushing as he slowly pulled his hands out from behind his back, holding a bouquet of (y/f/f). You were surprised, blushing a bit.

"I sort of... like you y/n." He spoke nervously. You smile, slowly laying your head on his shoulder "I like you too Sprout."

A/N sort of gave up on the ending since I didn't like how the story was going, but I hope you enjoy the next chapter!! ❤️
