"Chapter 6~The Tell."

"See maybe you will survive," Dad said walking up the stairs as Scott looks over at me

"What?" I said

"Have you told him that you're failing chemistry yet?" Scott asked

"No and be quiet he can still hear you," I said.

"You guys know that I can hear you right." my dad said

"Thanks, Scott," I said

"Sorry," he said leaving as I sighed heading back upstairs.

"When were you going to tell me that your failing chemistry?" Derek asked

"Uh, tomorrow," I said

He just sighs and leaves the room. I have a feeling tomorrow isn't going to be any better.

I got up and got ready for school I knew that I wasn't averaging a C or higher in chemistry so my dad had to get to the parent-teacher conference. The ride to school was quiet I knew he wasn't excited about going to the parent-teacher conference.

Once I got to school I headed to my locker only to be greeted by Scott.

"Hey, can we talk?" He asked

"Sure, what's up?" I asked

"I-I um was wondering if you want to go out with me," Scott says

"Hmm only if you be my boyfriend," I chuckled

"Deal," he smiles bringing me into a kiss as the bell rings

"There's a place I want to show you come on," He says taking my hand.

I grab my bag and we walked out of the school we made sure there wasn't anyone looking as Scott picked me up and as he started running into the woods.

He set me down and I couldn't help but playfully push him and we both started laughing.

"Give me a warning next time," I laughed

We started just aimlessly walking around I took his hand. We walked across the bridge and I took the chance to jump on his back wrapping my arms around the neck.

"I love you so much," I said

"Love you more," he says setting me down as he presses his lips against mine.

His hands move to my waist as I wrap my hands around his neck. It was getting late and once I pulled out my phone I noticed I have 46 missed calls from him and 30 unread messages.

"Oh my Dad's going to kill me," I exclaimed as Scott looked over.

"No he's going to kill us," Scott responds

We both quickly ran back to the school as cars were probably here for the parent-teacher conference.

"I need to look for my mom I'll text you later," he says giving me a quick kiss before running off. I could hear growling and immediately thought the alpha but just as I was about to go to the source.

But was quickly pulled back I turned around to see my Dad.

"Dad that could be the-

"It's not," he answers as he drags me back to the car

"But what if it-

"Alex it's not the alpha now let's go," he says as we get in the car.

"Where have you been all day?" he asks

"And don't say school because I know you weren't there," He says

"I was with Scott," I mumbled

"I know you were with Scott because Stiles called me," Dad says

"I was in the woods," I said knowing he's going to be ticked

"You were what?!" He yells causing me to flinch

"The hunters could've been there Alex you could've been hurt or worse," He says as he parks the car in front of the Hale house.

"Why didn't you answer my calls?" He asked me

"My phone was off," I said

"Until we can find the alpha I don't want you around Scott he needs to be focused on that and the last thing I need him putting you in harm's way," my dad explains

"But-

"No, buts I mean it Alex!" he snaps

I sigh and nod as we get out of the car I head to my room and crash on my bed. He doesn't understand it's not like I'm trying to get killed.

At least I didn't have to go to the parent/teacher conference tonight.
