"You feeling better?" Yeri asked softly.

Y/N nodded weakly. "Yeah... thanks to you guys."

Mingyu approached with a warm smile, carrying a small packet of snacks. "Morning,
Y/N. How are you holding up?"

Y/N managed a small smile. "Better. Thanks to you... and for carrying me back last night."

Mingyu rubbed the back of his neck, a sheepish grin forming. "Hey, don't mention it. I'm just glad you're okay."

Y/N smile faltered slightly as her eyes drifted across the camp. Her gaze landed on Scoups, who stood a short distance away, staring at her but not making any move to approach.

Yeri noticed the exchange and squeezed Y/N hand. "Don't think about it too much, okay? Just focus on resting."

Y/N turned back to Yeri and nodded. "Yeah... you're right."

Throughout the day, the camp remained busy with students packing up equipment and preparing to head back to school.

Scoups stayed on the outskirts, stealing glances at Y/N from afar. Every time he considered approaching her, he hesitated and stopped himself.

Y/N, on the other hand, seemed noticeably different.

She laughed with Yeri, thanked Mingyu for the snacks and even chatted lightly with Joshua—but her once persistent energy around Scoups was gone.

There were no more bright greetings, no more excited attempts to win his attention.

It was as if Y/N had finally accepted the distance Scoups had always tried to keep between them.

And for the first time, Scoups felt the sharp sting of regret settle heavily in his chest.

As the buses arrived to take the students back to school, Y/N sat by the window, Yeri beside her.

Mingyu and Joshua waved as they passed by the bus and Y/N waved back with a soft smile.

Scoups stood a short distance away, his hands in his pockets, watching Y/N through the window.

Y/N noticed him, their eyes meeting briefly before she turned away and focused on the scenery outside.

Scoups shoulders sagged slightly as he realized the shift—Y/N wasn't waiting for him anymore.

The bus engine roared to life, and soon the campsite disappeared behind them.

Yeri leaned closer to Y/N. "You okay?"

Y/N rested her head against the window, her voice quiet but firm. "Yeah, I'm okay, Yeri."

But as the trees blurred past outside, a single tear slipped down Y/N's cheek.

Back at School

The familiar school bell rang as students spilled into the courtyard. Y/N walked alongside Yeri, her bag slung over her shoulder.

From across the courtyard, Scoups watched her—his chest tightening as he realized she wasn't even looking his way.

"Are you just going to stand there or are you going to fix this?" Mingyu said, appearing beside him.

Scoups didn't reply, his eyes locked on Y/N's retreating figure.

"She's not going to wait forever, Scoups," Mingyu added before walking away.

Scoups stayed rooted in place, the weight of his regret heavier than ever.
