"You have my heart. But it's not just my heart, you have the breath which is still clogging up my lungs, you have my voice which has everything I've ever wanted to say to you, you have my bones which grind and creak against each other because you are not in arms reach to hold me in your arms. I crave you, I crave every single piece of you, your 2am thoughts, you sleepy voice over the phone, your deep husky laugh. You don't have just my heart, you have everything else it keeps alive and you just might destroy me one day."

"I thought I'd find you here"

I loved Ella, I really did. She was my best friend but right now, the sight of human beings was beyond irritating.

She sat down opposite me "It's your favourite Cafe"

"Not to be rude but I came here to be alone" I told her. She giggled as if what I'd said went through one ear and out the other.

"I know, but I also know that it's good to be around people when your upset. Look he's an asshole, his words are as much as irrelevant as Sam's opinion, don't let him get to you" she smiled sympathetically.

"He already has" I sighed.

"I'll tell you what, come sleep at mine. We can have a movie night, order a take away, it will be fun and then we can drive to school in the morning" she chirped "What do you say?"

I guess spending the night at Ella's would help, instead of sealing myself in Roy's Cafe after hours when the only person that's here is Roy himself, I nodded and sighed. She took the empty cup chocolate ice cream from my hands and tossed it in the bin before looping her arm in mine and ushering me to the doors. Before we left I looked back and thanked Roy.

"Thank you for letting me stay Roy" I called, a short man peered from the counter and put on his glasses.

He smiled and said "Anytime Lara, say hi to your mother for me"

I nodded and followed Ella to her Red Porsche. As we drove Ella lip-synced to Katy perry, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus and every other artist that popped onto the radio and if I was honest she couldn't sing to save her life but she knew that and she didn't care. Even though Ella's dad isn't the best dad in the world, he treats Ella like she doesn't exist. He did try and make sure she was comfortable and with his large amount of wealth he'll give her anything she asks for nonchalantly, as we approached LookManor, the wealthy estate of Greywater I noticed a car parked outside the house beside Ella's house, it was a white Lambroghini. I tried to see the number plate but the sun reflected off the hood and made it impossible, before Ella could even park the car probably I jumped out to get a better look at the number plate.

Damien's Number plate.

He couldn't be here, I wanted to stay as well away from him as I could. But the fact that it was his car in the drive way made my heart fall to my shoes and my hands sweaty.

"That's Damien's car" I said to Ella "You didn't tell me he lives next door"

Ella frowned and slammed her car door "He doesn't, some new neighbours moved in. His name is Gabriel and he's quiet hot, shame he's twenty nine" she pouted.
