everything is derivative

The truth is inherently derivative, and so am I. Chronic, repetitive themes come out over and over through each work I create. Through reading my words, knowing my soul will seem as obvious as knowing the back of one's own hands. What I must point out is this: unless you were to break down ever fiber, skin cell, bone, or flake of blood, nobody will ever have a full understanding of the miniscule details that make up their own fingerprint. Humanity is too complex to be understood, so the truths we create are only what we derive from the things we know. If I must be derivative, then I will attempt to maintain a wonderous aesthetic, while I continue to repeat myself for years to come.
