He moved over to her and then held her delicate hand. "You look gorgeous, my love."
A smile struck over her charming face hearing his compliment. "And every time you call me 'my love', it heals me at every level."
He pressed his lips against his temple, pulling her into his strong arms. "Because you are definitely my love. Mine to be called and mine to love."
"Where are we going by the way?" She asked, looking around.
"You will get to know soon," he whispered. "Turn around."
Andaleeb raised a brow. "What?"
"Turn around, sweetheart. I have to show you something," Masab said and she huffed before doing what he wanted.
Moments later, Andaleeb felt a cold thing draped against her eyes; her vision suddenly turned black, and then she touched it with her hand to realize that it was kind of some cloth.
"What's that? Why did you put this on my eyes?" Andaleeb was confused.
"I have got a surprise for you. You just have to follow me," he murmured, his lips touching her earlobe as his hot breath rose goosebumps over her skin.
She didn't say anything but let him take her hand firmly and take her to wherever he wanted to. Stepping the staircase and then the hallway, he fetched her to the aisle. She got to know about her surroundings when Masab finally pulled away the cloth from her eyes. It took her a few minutes to register to the sudden brightness but when it did, her jaw dropped seeing the magnificent arrangement.
"Happy four months of becoming mine," he asserted, proudly.
And that was when Andaleeb realized that it was already four months since their marriage, and they were getting to celebrate it on their last day of honeymoon.
"Allah, that's so beautiful," she mumbled, staring at the beautiful dinner table and then the shore of the beach which was once again decorated with white lights and flowers.
Masab held her shoulders and then pulled her towards him. He lifted her hand to place a tender kiss over her knuckles.
"I never thought that I could ever fall in love with someone. I never thought that my wife would bring me the complete mental, soulful, and physical bliss that would touch the strings of my heart, but here you did that. You made this life so soothing to live for me. Those four months were the best moments of my life where I can finally tell that I actually lived in those moments, not just past them. The first moment I saw you, I felt my heart and soul getting refreshed. The first time your love filled my heart, I realized that the life I lived without you was not at all worth living. I love you so much, Andaleeb that it's unexplainable to say in words. Any statement would seem at a loss because certainly all of me loves you like there's no backoff," he confessed, pouring all his heart into her.
Tears stung in Andaleeb's eyes before she threw her arms around his neck, tightly hugging him. "I love you too, Masab. I can't imagine a life without you. You made me feel like the most important and precious person. I love every breath, every moment, and every second that I am getting with you. Let's have an eternity with each other. Just me, you and our love."
Hearing this, his body tensed but she didn't notice it. They pulled away, and all of a sudden, the cold waft of air whacked against her, and Andaleeb shivered.
"My God, it's so cold here," she jittered, wrapping her arms around herself.
Masab removed his coat and then draped it around her shoulders. The heat from the fabric and her husband's musky scent enveloped her which was enough to soothe her.
