A silent tear
Is the most painful tear of all
It's the tear that you cry
But only when you aren't heard
Or when you just can't hold it in
Hold in the pain
The pain of not being seen
Of not being heard
not being known of your existence
Just being walked past
As if you were never even there
And as the cuts form on your wrist
You let it out
The silent tear
It's screams your pain
In the quietest way
So no one will see
The cuts you put on your skin
No one will hear
The screams of pain you shriek
No one will know
The pain you are feeling
And they never will
