However, that was nothing as hurtful as what she did with Masab while kissing. That was sensual, hot, and heart-fluttering. He repeated the same treatment on the other side of her neck and the exposed shoulders. Andaleeb knew what he was doing here, and for some very weird and odd reasons, she liked to find him laying his claims fearlessly over her like this again for her family to be aware that she was only his.
Aurang could never dream of this. She hated to admit that, but that was the truth, perhaps.
"Mine," Masab murmured and pressed his lips against her forehead. "Mine to be called."
A hard look encroached in her eyes because she felt her heart beating at a different intensity at his confession before she dragged him away by pushing his chest with her both palms.
And even this little contact with him made her giddy.
Andaleeb stared at her father's majestic mansion. Living more than a month away from here made her feel so distant yet so craved for the meeting with her family. It caused her every sense to hyperactivate in anticipation of what reaction she would get from the inhabitants of this house. Would they become a stranger to her after she had made a stranger her husband?
She left the car and looked around in anxiety. As it was early morning, she was glad that the surroundings were mostly barren. Coming here as a bride would surely bring so many questioning eyes towards her. Andaleeb didn't realize when Masab too got out and he was already in front of her with the handle of her maroon suitcase, the same one which she had taken when she fled for Aurang.
"You are mine, Andaleeb. I have every right to your everything, just like you have a right to my heart, body, mind, loyalty, and soul. I am leaving you here as my disposition. Your family knows this, and no one will mess up with what's mine. Very soon, I'll come back. I know I am not someone forgettable, so I won't ask you not to forget me, sweetheart," he informed her while handing over the black handle of the suitcase to her.
She didn't reply, only observing him approaching his car again, giving a soft and trusted look to her once again before finally driving away.
Would he come back as he said? Or was it just a scheme to dishonor her because he had something against her or, worse, her family? What if Masab was the enemy of her father and pulled all this act to take revenge on him?
So many thoughts were moving in her mind that now her head started hurting. A while ago, when his intimacy and his claims were feeling good to her, now suddenly staring at herself, they gave her self-doubt, worry, and suspicion.
Shoving away every thought for a while, she dragged her sloppy legs ahead, feeling her pulse spiking up with every step she was taking near her parents' house. The mildly sunny weather abruptly felt overwhelming for Andaleeb for her as she started sweating. Taking a deep breath, she pressed her finger against the doorbell. Quickly the big gate was pushed apart by a guard. He gave her a dubious and shocked look but didn't say anything.
"Salam Bibi," he greeted her with uncertainty.
Andaleeb entered inside, beholding the familiar surroundings of her house as she walked.
"Listen," she called the guard. "Ask someone to bring over my suitcase to my room."
"Alright Bibi," the guard took the handle from her.
She met the curious gazes of many servants who became more surprised seeing her in a disheveled state as a bride but she didn't care about anything. She just wanted to see her family.
As Andaleeb reached the hall, she found her parents sitting near the slim glassy table surrounded by the creamy white square-shaped sofas. Her mother was the first one to notice her. She stood up with a jerk, but her eyes widened to find her in such a state. Suddenly Andaleeb's heart started trembling on a thin line. Would her mother lash out at her for disappearing like this? Would they hate her more fleeing? What if they would have already read her letter? Would would be her father's reaction?
