Today the fam was going shopping for some house shit well mostly the girls,the guys just wanted to come.
We decided to meet at the mall and see what happens next.
"Momma" Riah said entering my room as I packed my hair "Yes toot" I said "My teacher gave us an assignment"she said "Yh, what's it about"I asked applying lip gloss "She told us to do a family tree" she said.
Damn I thought to myself
"So momma where's daddy" she asked "Um toot, daddy just got back from his business trip so after we come back from shopping, he'll come here" I said picking her up causing her to smile"Yay,that means I need to get a gift for daddy" she said all happy and I just nodded.
I took her to her room so she could put her shoes on.
I went downstairs and saw Keon and his friends in the living room playing games "Hey guys" I said and they said hey back "Tae,come take our pictures real quick" I said and he took his headphones off,then I have him my phone"You want anything, we're going shopping" I asked adjusting Riah for the pictures "I'mma send it to you" he said "Aiit" I said"hmm, here you go" he said hugging Riah and I "See y'all later" he said as we left.
I put Riah in her car seat and made sure she was well strapped then went to my side of the car and put my seatbelt on before putting on the car then I connected it to my bluetooth and Woman commando by Arya starr started playing.
I pulled up to the mall and got down then went to Riah's side and got her down before locking the car,then I held her hand as we walked towards the mall.
I called the fam and they said they were at the entrance.
We walked to the entrance and I spotted them and walked over to them.
"Hello" I said hugging all of em "Morning" Riah said then went towards Zori and did grabby hands so Zori picked her up.
"Which store we going to first" Yas asked "We should go to target first" Mari replied "Yah,we Gon go to footlocker and when we're all done we meet up at the food court" Heh said and we all agreed then went our separate ways.
I wanted to change most of the shit in my hoysnd restock so I grabbed a cart then went towards the home decor area.
I got some new pillows, sheets, blankets then got sum of those plants then got candles,then table cloths.
I went over to the snack aisle and got a pack of sprite,prime,water then got lots if candy and chips, then went to the food aisle got some ingredients,and some stationery for Riah with some toys,then got the things Tae sent to me then met with the girls.
"Damn, you got a lot of stuff" Yas said and I just shrugged "Y'all done" I asked and they nodded "Mommy,gift for daddy" Riah said and the girls looked at me with wide eyes and I gave them the 'I'll explain later' look. "What do you wanna get him" I asked Riah "Plushie" Riah said.
"Ok,um, let's pay for this then y'all pls take her to build a bear and get what she wants while I go put this stuff in my car" I said and they nodded then we went to check out.
"Let's help you with that" two young niggas said coming up to me "Ok, thanks" I said and they took the things out if the cart and I led them to my car.
"Yo Nevaeh" I heard and I turned to see Jasper and Brian "Um, y'all help me put that in the trunk I said handing them $40 each "Thank you, miss" They both said "why on't you fellas add this" Jasper said handing them $50 each "yes, preciate it " the boys said putting the last bags in the trunk then one if closed the trunk "Thanks again" they said before walking away.
"See you doing well now" Jasper said "Um,yh we're not having that conversation, gimme your phone" I said "Old habits die young ai Nev" He said "Just gimme your phone" I said then he shook his head and pulled out his phone and gave it to me after unlocking it.
I put my number in and saved it "That's my number, your daughter wants to meet you,I'll send you the address later, her name's Jariah by the way" I said giving him back his phone "Preciate it" he said "Hopefully I can get the lies you've told her bout me out her head" he said smirking "Fuck you" I said then walked away.
I called the girls and they told me they were at Claire's so I went in and so them by the lash extensions.
"So wassup with Jasper" Zori asked "Riah has this assignment that she needs to do a family tree and she wants her dad and I know what it's like to grow up without parents,so I don't want her to go through it" I said looking at some lashes "What bout you,you good?" Yas asked "It won't be easy having him around,but what can I do" I said.
We got somethings then went to the food court and saw the guys were already there,we got some food and talked bout shit as always.
After we were done,we went to Zori's place and Heh did some tiktoks, Requ and I were in her guest room laid up together, the others were either in the parlor or kitchen.
Really hope ion regret this i thought.
