Atlanta, January 23rd
Nevaeh had just got done with her second client fro the day and cleaned up her work room then went to the kitchen and watched her hands then she checked her phone and saw it was 2:30 pm so she had to go pick up her brother and daughter from school.
She went to her room and grabbed a hoodie since she was already wearing a crop top with tites,she slid her slides on then grabbed her keys.
"Alexa shut down" she said then all the lights went off and she walked out making sure the door was locked then got in her car and plugged to the aux and Kehlani by Jordan started playing and she sang along.
Soon enough she got to their school and pulled up and texted Keon that she was outside.
Keon soon came out carrying Jariah,so Nevaeh came out to help him.
" Mommy!!" Jariah said all happy when she saw Nev "Hi moma's baby " Nev cooed taking her out of Keon's arms " Wassup " she asked Keon "I'm coo,u?" He asked "I'm straight but we gotta stop at the store before heading home" Nev said strapping Riah in her car seat then went to her side of the car and started it as Keon got in the passenger side.
Nev drove to the store while that all sang along to million dollar baby.
She pulled up,then they got down from the car then Nev's phone started ringing and she saw it was form an unknown number.
"Um y'all go in, I'mma catch up" Nev said as Keon carried Riah out of her car seat "Aiit" he said then walked in the store.
"Hello" Nev said answering the call "Am I speaking to Ms Nevaeh Brown" the person on the other side said "Yah,this is she" Nev said "I'm Carl Michaels, I work with the state affairs and I just wanted to let you know that we found more debts which your parents owe to the state" Carl said
'The fuck' Nev thought to herself
"And they need to be cleared before next week or their house would be given to the state as mortgage" Carl said then hung up. Nev rubbed her forehead,then made sure the car was locked and went to the store and looked for Keon and Riah.
When she found them,she wanted to laugh and the scene that was being displayed in her front.
Keon was rolling Riah around in her cart when they got to the protein aisle and it was only a pack of sausages remaining and four other niggas also wanted to get it.
"Little girl,I got it first so bye" Mani said "Boy,you don't tell me bye,hand it over" Riah said making all the niggas look at her like 'damnn' "Bubba,this boy wasting my time and momma outside waiting" Riah said "Easy there lil mama,I ain't no damn boy, I'm a grown ass man and this chit chat is over" Eni said while the others where tryna hol' in their laughter "Bubba help me out this vehicle, I'll show you what I got" Riah said reaching out to Keon to help her out making the niggas burst out laughing and Nev crack a smile.
"Ok toot, that's enough, sorry bout her" Nev said mushing Riah's head "It's coo, see you around lil mama" Oah said then Eni stuck his tongue out at Riah as they walked away making Nev laugh "it's not funny"Riah said crossing her arms and pouting "It kinda is" Keon said laughing "Meanies" Riah said "y'all got everything" Nev asked "besides the sausages, yh we got everything" Keon replied "Aiit,we can get that another time,let's go check out" Nev said then they went to the register and paid for their things.
Keon put the groceries in the trunk while Nev strapped Riah in her car seat who was still complaining bout the sausages.
They all felt like eating out and they decided on McDonald's,they hmgot there food then went home, took their shower, then Nev heated the food in the microwave and they all ate it while watching Kung Fu panda 4.
