March 1st
Today everyone had shit they was doing so I decided to go see my family since I ain't got that much shit to do.
I got up from my bed,then went to the bathroom to handle my hygiene and shit.
When I was done, I went to my closet and put on a black short with a tee shirt then arranged my chain and slid my slides on the grabbed my gun, keys and phone and left out my house.
I got in my car and connected my phone to the bluetooth and played Band 4 band by central cee and lil baby.
I stopped at the grocery store cus I ain't finna visit my mama empty handed.
At first I ain't know what to get so I called the girls and they told me a bunch of things then we hung up cus they were busy.
I paid for the things and went to my car continuing my music, before I pulled up to my mama's house.
I got down from my car with the groceries then used my key to open her door and I took my slides off at the door cus she gon loose her shit if she sees me wearing em in her house.
"Mama!" I yelled walking further in the house "Boy stop allat yelling I'm in the living room" she said and I went to the kitchen first to drop the groceries then went to the living room and saw her sitting on the couch with two other ladies,one that looked bout her age and the other looked bout the same age as the girls.
"Hello mama" I said hugging her "Hello" I said to both the ladies cus I know if I had said anything else my mama would have taken her slippers off and hit me with it 😮💨.
"Mani,this is Sarah, she a good friend if mine and that's her daughter Loralai" mama said "Nice to meet you, I'mma go to the kitchen and wait for y'all to finish" I said but to leave when my mama stopped me "No Mani,I was actually going to call you tonight to inform you,but why not tell you rn" mama started "Tell me what" I asked "You and Loralai are going to get married" she said and if not she was my mama what I would've said.
I rubbed my hands down my face to calm myself down.
"Mama,I can't get married to someone ion even know" I said "Mani,both of you were really close when you were little but then her family had to move to Chicago and we couldn't keep in touch,but they moved back here bout a year ago" mama said "It's good to see you again Mani" Loralai said and i nodded "Hopefully,y'all can rekindle the friendship u had before" Sarah said.
"So it's done,Lora will move in with you and we'll talk bout the marriage later" mama said and I thank the Lord for not letting me speak,cus if I did...
"Aiit, ready to go" I asked looking towards Loralai "Yh" she said "I'mma call you later mama,nice to see you again Coco" she said hugging her mom then my mom "Y'all have fun,but not too much" Sarah said
"On't listen to her,I wan grandbabies soon" my mama said "I got groceries for u,it's in the kitchen" I said hugging my mama then I hugged Sarah cus my mama would have given a whole ass speech later if I didn't.
Loralai and I left and out of instinct I opened her door for her "Thanks" she said and I send her a head nod then closed her door and went over to my side.
"This is a little weird and shit,but ion know the type of music you like n ion want you feeling uncomfortable and shit and I like listening to music while I drive" I said and she laughed"Any type of music is aiit by me" she said and I nodded and played DND by rema then I pulled outta my mama's driveway.
"Where you like to eat" I asked "Burger King" she said and I nodded and made my way to burger king.
"Watchu want" I asked pulling up their drive thru "Double cheeseburger with sprite" she said and I told the person her order and mine then went to the other window and Lora brought out a 20 from her purse.
"Fuck is that for" I asked mugging the money "for my food" she said like it was the most obvious thing in the world "Girl,put that shit away, I got it" I said "Sorry" she said putting it back then she continued looking out the window causing me to kiss my teeth "Look,u ain't mean to make u feel bad or shit but if u getting sum withme, I ain't letting you pay for shit" I said and she nodded smiling a little then the hit the bell thing and I took the food and gave the person the money.
The drive to my house, I tried to get to know Lora a little and she ain't seem that bad but ion know yet.
We got to my house and got down from the car and I went to my room to put on sum more comfortable then sat on my bed texting the fam and taking care if other shit.
"Come in" I said since someone was knocking on my door, the door opened revealing Lora "I didn't mean to bother you,but umm,ion have what to wear or what to use to wash up" she said "Shii, that's true" I said getting up from my bed .
I went to my closet and pulled out a grey sweatpants and a shirt then went to my bathroom and got a new soap, toothbrush and towel.
"Sorry bout that" I said giving it to her " Tnx and sorry for interrupting you" she said "It's coo and you ont have to knock before coming in" I said and she nodded "Good night" she said " Good night" I said and she walked away and I closed my door and got back on my bed then ate my food while watching a movie,then I played the COD with the niggas.
