Pragati's Pov :

I stood in front of the small mirror in my tiny servant quarter room, adjusting the pleats of my green saree, the uniform of Hotel Emerald Palace. I tied my hair into a neat bun, my fingers moving with a precision that betrayed my nervous energy. My eyes lingered on the photo pinned to the mirror's edge, the faces smiling back at me sparking a familiar fire in my heart. I felt a surge of determination and purpose. Today was the day I would finally get close to the Raghuvanshis, the family I had been seeking for so long. Just as I was lost in thought, my phone buzzed to life in my hand. I saw Mr. Akhilesh Kumar's name flash on the screen and answered, my voice professional.

Pragati : "Sir, good morning

Pragati : "Sir, good morning. Pragati here."

His voice was crisp on the other end, a reminder that I needed to stay focused.

Akhilesh: "Pragati, good morning. I hope you're ready for the day. The Raghuvanshis will be arriving soon, and I need you to be on top of your game. Meet me in the lobby in 15 minutes. We need to go over the itinerary one more time."

I nodded, even though he couldn't see me.

Pragati(Me): "Yes, sir. I'm on my way."

I ended the call, my mind snapping back into focus. It was showtime. I took a deep breath, squared my shoulders, and headed out the door, ready to face whatever lay ahead.

As I stepped into the grand lobby of Hotel The Emerald Palace, her senior, Akhilesh Kumar, beckoned her over.

Akhilesh: "Pragati, congratulations on your new role as assistant manager "

He said with a warm smile.

Akhilesh: "I have some exciting news to share with you. The Raghuvanshi family, our hotel's owners, will be staying with us for a month. The third heir, Shivam Raghuvanshi, is getting married to Shanaya Malhotra, the Chief Minister's daughter. This is a high-profile event, and we need to make sure everything is perfect."

Akhilesh's eyes locked onto me.

Akhilesh: "I'm putting you in charge of organizing and managing all the wedding functions - Haldi, Sangeet, Bachelor's party, the wedding itself, and the post-marriage celebrations. You and your team will also be responsible for catering to the Raghuvanshi family's every need during their stay."

My heart raced as I processed the enormity of the task ahead. I nodded, determination etched on my face. "I'm up for the challenge, sir. Let's make this a wedding to remember."

The convoy of luxury cars pulled up to the grand entrance of Hotel Emerald Palace, and the staff sprang into action. Pragati, resplendent in her green saree, stood alongside Akhilesh Kumar, her senior, and the rest of the team. As the cars came to a halt, the doors swung open, and the Raghuvanshi family emerged, their faces a picture of elegance and refinement.

Rishabh Raghuvanshi, the eldest son, stepped out of the lead car, his eyes scanning the surroundings with a hint of superiority. His cousin, Shivam, followed, flashing a charming smile as he took in the sights. Rajshree Raghuvanshi, the family matriarch, emerged next, her graceful presence commanding respect. Rajendra Raghuvanshi, Rishabh's father, accompanied her, his expression stern. Vijender Raghuvanshi, Shivam's father and Rishabh's uncle, stepped out of the third car, his eyes twinkling with warmth. Anupriya Raghuvanshi, Rishabh's mother, followed, her beauty and poise undeniable. Last but not least, Nita Raghuvanshi, Shivam's mother and Vijender's wife, emerged, her smile radiant.

As the family made their way towards the entrance, Pragati and Akhilesh led the hotel staff in a graceful welcome. "Namaste, sir! Namaste, ma'am!" they chimed in unison, their hands folded in respect. Pragati's eyes met Rishabh's for a fleeting moment, a spark of recognition flashed in her eyes. Akhilesh presented the family with a bouquet of flowers and a traditional Indian greeting, a garland of marigolds and roses. The Raghuvanshis accepted the welcome with grace and smiles, their eyes scanning the opulent lobby beyond. As they entered the hotel, the staff parted to let them through, their faces a picture of hospitality.

As the Raghuvanshi family settled into their luxurious rooms at Hotel Emerald Palace, the atmosphere was alive with anticipation and tension.

In Rajshree's room, the matriarch rested on her plush bed, chatting with Rajendra about Shivam's upcoming wedding. "Don't forget to call Panditji, dear. We need him to perform the engagement ceremony today," she reminded her son. Rajendra nodded, his expression serious.

In Vijender and Nita's room, Vijender paced back and forth, his frustration evident. "Rajendra and Rishabh are taking over everything, Nita. They're sidelining me, my own brother and nephew!" Nita listened patiently, her voice soothing. "They're just trying to help, Vijender. We're family, we need to support each other."

In Anupriya's room, she sat on the couch, engrossed in a phone call with Isha. "When will you arrive with your family, dear? We need to finalize the seating arrangements for the wedding." Isha's voice was distant, but Anupriya's smile was warm.

In Rishabh's room, he stood by the window, his phone pressed to his ear. "Send me the guest list, Rohan. And make sure security is tight for today's function. I don't want any surprises." His personal assistant's voice was reassuring.
