I love the idea of the marauders all watching a muggle spy film at some point during Hogwarts, and then they start treating their pranks as though they're organizing a Big Heist and from then on they begin their plans as such:

special skills: clear voice, fastest at escaping crime scenes
downfalls: easily blinded, speaks loudly without realizing (best put a silencing charm on him for good measure)
Peter Pettigrew
codename: Wormtail
special skills: quiet footed, good liar, knack for knowing useful spells
downfalls: always manages to lose something necessary (keep any important items with someone else so we don't lose the cloak. again.)
Sirius Black
codename: Padfoot
special skills: none best handwriting, good at distraction techniques, knows where trick steps are
downfalls: no patience, wears those crapy squeaky shoes
remus lupin
codename: Moony
special skills: good at thinking on the spot, excellent memory for details
downfall: falls over every three steps (will be kept in stationary position)
