Vivienne noticed Sheriff Forbes looking at Caroline with concern as she continued to ramble to Vivienne.
Liz's eyes shifted to Vivienne, who gave her an assuring nod that her daughter is safe.
"How about you tell your mother about the career you want to follow?" Vivienne suggested to Caroline.
"I doubt she would approve" Caroline's shoulders slumped as she leaned into the wall more.
"Give her a go. And let her explain it further," Vivienne's rubbed Caroline's shoulder, "don't walk out if she gave you just one minus point, she probably has a valid point. Listen to her completely, okay? I'm not saying don't prove your point, but listen to her view as well, I'm sure in the end, she'll support you."
"..okay.." Caroline gave Vivienne a small smile before pushing off the wall and going towards her mother.
Vivienne also tried to escape into the garden where very less crowd was, before someone called out to her.
"Vivienne!" She looked back and saw Ava waving her hand at her.
She was with a small group of 3 boys and another girl.
Vivienne waved back at her, pretending she didn't know what they were saying even though she knew full well they were trying to invite her over.
"Come here!"
Well heck.
Vivienne walked over to them, trying not to appear nervous even though she was, all kinds of thought running through her head.
And the ghost beside her wasn't helping.
"What if you tripped? Or worse, tripped on Ava? Oh god what if on one of her friends. Oh my god, what if Ava thinks you're a weirdo, hates you forever, or-or- unfriend's you! Nah uh, you're gonna- gonna turn your ass around and go right-
"Shut up Ethan."
Ava wrapped her hand around Vivienne's shoulder and squeezed her lightly as soon as she reached the group.
"Well shit"
"Guys, This is Vivienne. My new friend. She is an introvert, unfortunately. But, she's a great person to be friends with." she turned to Vivienne, "Vivienne, this is Emma, Noah, Louise and Hugo. Guys" Ava Patted Vivienne shoulder, "this is Vivienne sommers"
"Hi.." Vivienne waved her hand at them.
"Hey!"
"Hi!"
"Omg finally another girl!"
"What's up."
"I took that a little personally Emma." Ava kept a hand in her heart, "anyway." Ava flipped her brown-blonde hair back "Vivienne, we, here would like to invite you to our group. All these idiots are kinda nerdy so, don't mind them. I'm really cool-"
All kinds of denies ran through the group.
Only four people of the entire group were arguing.
Vivienne caught the fifth guy of the group staring at her.
'Louise? Nah. Aaron? Wait who's that? Hugo? Mmmh, nah. So...that leaves out Noah. But he doesn't look like a Noah. Ah, screw it. J'aurais pu demander à Ava Mais naahh.'
"Hey!" Ava snapped her finger between the two human beings, "you two done with the stare down?"
"Right, sorry." Vivienne looked at Ava and gave her a sorry look.
"I'm not" the dude shook his head.
"Shut up, idiot. You're making her uncomfortable" Emma glared at him.
"Doesn't look like it to me."
Vivienne frowned and leaned towards Ava.
"These two exes?" She whispered.
"No!" They snapped their necks towards Vivienne, as if heard her, at which Vivienne flinched back.
"I mean-" Emma started, "we're siblings."
"They're...weirdos. Ignore them"Ava said.
"Got it" Vivienne nodded.
Vivienne spotted Caroline walking out of the school.
"I'll see you later.." Vivienne said, keeping a hand on Ava's shoulder then leaving the group.
She made it to the gate through the crowd, and ran out, calling Caroline's name.
She was about to go back inside, thinking Caroline must've gone home, but then she spotted her.
Talking to Logan.
Vivienne realised he was planning something, and didn't wanna give him a chance to hurt her friend.
So she ran towards them.
"Caroline!" Vivienne yelled when she noticed Caroline moving to get into his car.
"Oh, Vivienne!" Caroline waved her hand in the air, "do you want a ride too?"
"No, actually I thought if I should give you a ride home instead? It's closer to mine, and I'm going home anyway. No need to bother Logan" Vivienne looked at Logan for a second and saw him glaring at her.
"Well if you're going home too, then okay" Caroline nodded, "see you Logan!" She hopped towards Vivienne and interlocked their arms.
Vivienne smiled at Caroline and the two started leaving.
But unfortunately Logan grabbed both of them by the shoulders and turned them around.
"You two are not going anywhere, I will drop you both..home." Logan said with a smile.
"Logan, you're hurting us.. let go." Caroline said trying to remove his hand off her shoulder.
But he only tightened his grip.
"Sit in the damn-"
Vivienne grabbed Logan's arm, and started siphoning him, causing him to flinch back because of the pain.
"Run Caroline!"
Caroline and Vivienne started sprinting away to the car.
Logan ran after them and caught Vivienne once again.
Dumb move.
Vivienne kicked Logan In the no-no-square.
And even though a vampire, he groaned in pain and let go of Vivienne's arm.
She turned back to see her friend waiting for her and the two ran to Vivienne's car and hopped in.
Vivienne started the car and drove away.
