"But I don't wanna go! Please don't make me go" Vivienne pouted at her cousin.
"Yes you are. You need to socialise a little! Make some new friends, other than me and Bonnie"
Yes, Vivienne and Bonnie were also friends because Vivienne used to play with her and Elena all the time when they were little.
"Yes please. Take her out somewhere" Jenna said, coming downstairs.
"Mom!"Vivienne gave her mother a look a betrayal.
"Well don't stay out too late, it's a School night." Jenna tried to take both sides.
Vivienne still shook her head and then ran upstairs.
"Vivienne!" Elena groaned before grabbing her jacket and opening the door, only to find Stefan standing there.
"...sorry. I was about to knock" Stefan tried to excuse himself, "I wanted to apologise for my disappearing act earlier..I know it was..strange.."
"No worries. I get it. Blood makes you squeamish." Elena chuckled.
"Something like that" Stefan nodded, "how's your leg?"
"Oh it's fine. Just a scratch..barely" Elena nodded, then frowned, "how did you know where I lived?"
"It's a small town. I asked the first person I saw" Elena nodded, understanding. "Um, I thought you might want this back.."
Stefan pulled out Elena's diary and handed it to her.
"Oh..I must've dropped it....thankyou" Elena looked at.
"Oh and don't worry...I didn't read it" Stefan shook his head.
"No? Why not? Most people would've read it"
"Well I wouldn't want anyone to read mine." Stefan shrugged
"You keep a journal?" Elena asked.
"Yeah, if I don't write it down...I forget.. memories are too important"
"Yeah..I-I'm just gonna...umm.."Elena started walking back inside, "you don't have to stay out there"
She walked away to keep her journal back.
Stefan walked a little forward, though still standing out a little bit, keeping his hands on the doorframe.
He looked up, only to see Vivienne standing there, leaning on the railing of the stairs, smirking at him.
"That was more awkward than our interaction" she chuckled.
"I guess" Stefan chuckled, "Elena your friend?"
"Cousin" she corrected and walked down the stairs. "So are you gonna come in or what?"
"I'm fine" Stefan nodded, and stayed outside the house.
Elena walked back, and looked at their interaction.
"You two know each other?"
"Yeah. Long story short, he helped me pick up the books and survive the school day." Vivienne nodded.
"I'm sorry.. uhm.." the two girls turned to Stefan, "are you two going somewhere?"
"Well I'm not-" Vivienne tried to run upstairs again but Elena grabbed her this time.
"Yes actually, we're meeting a friend" Elena nodded, smiling.
"I don't even have-"
Elena smacked the back of Vivienne's head, and turned her attention back to Stefan, who was watching their interaction in amusement.
"Would you like to come with us?" Elena asked.
"Sure, why not."
"I don't wanna go!" Vivienne cried as Elena dragged her out of the house.

Stefan, Elena and -a grumpy- Vivienne walked into the grill.
Vivienne's eyes widened when she noticed a male species approaching them, and sneaked away to the bar.
She sat there for a couple of minutes before she was joined by another blonde head.
"Hey! I'm Caroline" she held her hand out, and Vivienne shook it,
"Vivienne sommers..." she smiled at her.
"So like, you're Elena's cousin, right?"
"Yeah.."
"You two don't look really...mmm...like related...it's like you're from a totally different bloodline and she from a totally different..." she said squinting her eyes more.
"Well I guess that makes us cousins, huh" Vivienne chuckled.
"Mhm...well, if you ever need me, or my help" she slid Vivienne a price of paper, "here's my number. Call me anytime"
The two talked a little more, until Caroline had to go hangout with her friends.
Caroline also proceeded to drag Vivienne to talk with her friends, who consisted of Elena and Bonnie and Stefan.
She may have done a little happy dance when they reached home though.
