Everything was perfect for Vivienne. She had an awesome mother, who was practically the life of party, and she never complained.
In fact, Vivienne loved her mother, Jenna, more than anything.
However there were secrets about her that no one knew.
No...

Vivienne stared at the board in front of her, then at the laptop that rested on the table.
"A siphoner, no way. Nah. That's stupid"
she shook her head, then stared at her desk which was messed with papers.
"It can't be" she shook her head then got up and left the room.
Just as she was about to turn around for the dining hall room, the bell rang, so instead of turning around, Vivienne opened the door for Stefan, who stood there with flowers.
"Wait. I wasn't suppose to open the door was I? Okay okay wait" Vivienne nodded and then closed the door, running in the kitchen, grabbing Elena and running back with her telling Vivienne to let her go.
"Here, open the door, the guy has flowers for you" Vivienne nodded and then walked back into the dining hall with Bonnie who was staring inside of a drawer.
"Bonnie?"
"Hm? Oh yeah, can you please keep these over there?" She handed Vivienne some bowls and she kept it on the table.
..••..••..••..••..••..••..
It's awkward.
Extremely awkward.
Everyone is quiet, Bonnie is staring at Elena and Vivienne every two seconds.
"Did Tanner give you a hard time today?" Elena asked, trying to make a conversation.
"Well he let me on the team, so, that must mean I did something right" Stefan said.
"You were not that bad. I mean Elena was quite literally staring at you but-"Elena hit Vivienne on the arm, while blushing slightly.
"Anyway, Bonnie, you should have seen Stefan today. Tyler threw a ball right at him and-"
"Yeah I heard.." Bonnie said, cutting Elena off.
Elena nodded, then took a sip of her cola.
After looking around the room for a bit more she nudged Vivienne with her elbow.
Vivienne looked at Elena with a confused look, not really paying attention to the conversation as she was too busy eating.
Elena tilted her head towards the two people sitting in front of her and Vivienne mouthed an "ohhh" before nodding and leaning ahead in the chair.
"Bonnie, why don't you tell Stefan about your family?"
Bonnie gave Vivienne a discouraging look, before turning to Stefan.
"Um, divorced. No mom, live with my dad" Bonnie nodded with an awkward smile.
Stefan nodded, acknowledging the fact that simply made things more awkward.
"No I meant about the witches" Vivienne said, as Bonnie threw another look at Vivienne.
Stefan looked at Vivienne, so for an explanation what she meant.
"Bonnie's family has a lineage of witches. It's really awesome." Vivienne further explained.
"Awesome isn't the word I'd use" Bonnie shook her head.
"Well it's certainly interesting. I'm not that versed but I know that there's a history of Celtic druids that migrated here in the 1800s." Stefan said, trying to engage a conversation.
"My family came by the way of Salem" Bonnie said.
"Really?" Stefan said interestingly, "Salem witches?"
"Yeah" Bonnie chuckled lightly.
"I would say that's pretty awesome" Stefan looked at Vivienne and Elena.
"Really? Why?" Bonnie asked.
"Salem witches are..heroic examples of individualism, and nonconformity" Stefan said.
"Yeah they are" Bonnie smiled, starting to like Stefan.
Elena and Vivienne looked at each other and smiled, as Bonnie and Stefan continued about the witches.
"Thank you" Elena whispered, leaning towards Vivienne.
"I'll take 5 pop tarts for that" Vivienne nodded and continued eating her food.
Just then, the doorbell rang.
"I'll get it" Vivienne said and stood up, walking over to the door.
She opened the door only to find Damon and Caroline standing there.
"Surprise! Bonnie said you were doing dinner, so we brought dessert" Caroline said happily.
"Oh, thankyou so much" Vivienne smiled.
"Hope you don't mind" a guy with black hair said from behind.
"Not at all. Damon right? Stefan's brother?" Vivienne guessed.
"Am I really that popular?" He said jokingly.
Caroline walked through the door and stood beside Vivienne and gave her the cake.
Just then Stefan also walked over to the door, standing beside Vivienne.
"What are you doing here?" Stefan asked his brother.
"Waiting for..Vivienne right?" Vivienne nodded with a smile, "Vivienne to invite me in"
"Oh yeah-"
"No no no no" Stefan shook his head, "he can't..he cant stay" Stefan shook his head, then turned to Damon, "can you, Damon?"
Vivienne looked at the interaction between the brothers with suspicion.
"Get in here" Caroline said from behind.
"We were just...finishing up.." Stefan tried to keep Vivienne from inviting Damon in.
"It's..fine.." she turned to Damon, "come on in"
Damon smiled at her and walked further inside the house.
Vivienne looked at Stefan, and mouthed, 'what's wrong?'
But Stefan just shook his head with his lips pressed in a thin line.
"You have a beautiful home Vivienne" Damon said.
"Well you have my aunt and uncle to thank for that" Vivienne chuckled and closed the door.
