Animal attack.

That's what they told them.

Or atleast what Elena told Vivienne.

Vicki Donavan was found in the middle of the forest, with blood dripping down her neck, like some animal bit down on it and ate her flesh alive

But that's suppose to be the least of your problems when your friend is having a mental breakdown over a guy.

"Are you sober yet?" Bonnie asked as Caroline lifted her head off the table, after banging it over ten times.

"No" Caroline shook her head and banged her head back on the table, only this time, Vivienne had already put her hand on the table.

"Well keep drinking. I gotta get you home. I gotta get Vivienne home. I gotta get me home." Bonnie chuckled.

"Oh don't worry about me, I'll walk" Vivienne shook her head.

"After that animal attack? No way" Bonnie shook her head.

"Why didn't he want me?" Caroline looked at the two, "why didn't he go for me? You know, how come the guys I like, the ones I want...never want me?"

"We're not touching that" Bonnie shook her head.

"I'm inappropriate" Caroline continued, "I always say the wrong thing..and...Elena always says the right thing. She doesn't even try!"

"Caroline.." Vivienne sighed.

"I mean she's always the one that everyone picks. For evrything. And I try...so hard..and...I'm never the one" Caroline shook her head.

"It's not a competition Caroline" Bonnie shook her head.

"Mhm. And you will fine somebody who loves you for you, and sees the best in you" Vivienne held her hand.

"Thanks" Caroline smiled at them.

Vivienne constantly tossed around in her bed at night, not being able to sleep with the music in her cousin's room.

Frustrated, Vivienne grabbed her glasses and sat up on the bed, putting them on.

She threw the duvet off of her and got up, leaving her room.

She walked over to her cousin's room and banged on the door.

"Mind keeping that down a little Elli? I'm trying to sleep!"

The door opened and there stood Stefan, looking at a speechless Vivienne.

"I- uh...I'm gonna head out" he smiled at her awkwardly and then went for the stairs.

Vivienne blinked twice when her cousin came and stood in front of her.

"I'm just gonna...go back to my room..." Vivienne nodded and walked back to her room.

"Yeah.." Elena also nodded, closing her door.

"Well I talked to grams, and she said the comet is a sign of impending doom" Bonnie said "the last time it passed over mystical falls there was lots of death. So much blood and carnage, it created a bed of paranormal activity"

Bonnie passed Vivienne her third cup of coffee as she sat there with black holes under her eyes.

Vivienne, Bonnie, Caroline and elena were all sitting outside the grill.

Vivienne had skipped school that day, too sleepy to go to school when she went to bed at 5 am.

"Mm. Right, and then you poured her another shot and then grams told you about aliens" Caroline said, then faced Elena, "so then what?"

"So then nothing." Elena shook her head.

"You and Stefan talked. All night? There was no..sloppy first kiss or touchy feely..of any kind?"Caroline interrogated.

"Nope, we didn't go there" elena shook her head, closing her novel.

"Not even a handshake? I mean come on elena, we are you friends. Okay? You are suppose to share the smut" Caroline forced.

"Honestly I have no interest in knowing about my cousin's sex life so...thankyou" Vivienne gave Caroline a two finger salute and the put her head back on the table.

"Seriously elena, what is with the blockage?" Caroline said, ignoring Vivienne's comment, "Just jump his bones already!"

"Caroline!" Vivienne scolded.

"No no no, just listen. Boy likes girl. Girl likes boy. Sex."

"You could've said inercourse...sounds way more appropriate" Vivienne said from where her head was on the table.

"Profound" elena said sarcastically, then she started packing all her stuff.

"Where are you going?" Vivienne questioned, staring at her cousin.

"Caroline's right.  If I sit here long enough, I'll end up talking myself out of it instead of...doing what I started the day saying I was going to do" Elena nodded.

"Alright. Have fun" Vivienne gave her a thumbs up.

"Thanks!" Elena smiled and she walked away.

"I'm gonna head home and...make myself another coffee" Vivienne also got up and walked away, back to her house.
