Unfortunately, vicki pushed Stefan off and sped away.

"Go. Get inside go!" Stefan said looking at the three, not noticing Vivienne being hurt.

Elena grabbed Jeremy's hand as she and Jeremy ran to the door, Vivienne following close behind, limping.

Just as Elena and Jeremy passed through the door, Vicki came out of the dark and grabbed Vivienne.

She pulled her back and harshly bit down on Vivienne's neck, causing her to scream in pain.

Stefan grabbed the broken piece of the wooden plank and sped towards Vicki, staking her.

Vicki gasped in pain before turning grey and falling to the ground.

"Vicki!" Jeremy yelled, trying to get to her, but Stefan held him back.

"Stefan, please take him away.." Vivienne said to Stefan, looking at Jeremy.

Stefan nodded and started walking out, pulling his phone out to call Damon.

Elena and Vivienne dropped to the ground beside Vicki.

Although it didn't hurt Vivienne as much, Elena was very much sad.

Vivienne hugged her cousin, who cried on her shoulder.

Vivienne stared at the limp body, her memories flooding back.

Hearing footsteps, Vivienne looked up, and Elena broke the hug as well, looking back.

"You two should go. I got this" damon said walking up to them.

Elena glared at him and stood up.

"You did this..this is your fault" Elena said.

"Lena don't." Vivienne warned as she also stood up.

"You confuse me for someone with remorse." Damon said plainly.

Elena tried pushing him, but it didn't affect him.

Elena tried slapping him but he caught her wrist.

"None of this matters to me" Damon said and pushed her hand away.

"People die around you." Elena said, "it matter and you know it"

Elena slapped him across the face.

"Okay that's enough!" Vivienne got in between the two, then grabbed Elena's hand.

"Let's go come on."

Vivienne sat was sat in the car, watching Elena and matt's interaction.

She put a towel in her mouth, then wrapped her fingers around the wood that was pierced in her thigh, and pulled it out, screaming in pain.

She pulled the towel out of her mouth and put it on the wound.

Soon they reached home, and spotted Stefan leaning in the door.

"Where is he?" Elena asked.

"Inside" Stefan said.

Elena nodded then looked at Vivienne.

"You go. He needs a sister more than a cousin right now" Vivienne said and pushed Elena to go ahead.

Elena nodded and walked inside.

"Are you okay?" Vivienne looked at Stefan, "your leg is bleeding...and obviously so is your neck.."

"I'm fine.." Vivienne nodded with a smile, "barely a scratch. I've faced worse"

Stefan nodded.

"You know, if you want to stop all this stuff. The vampire things, nobody is going to force you to stay-"

"I'm fine, Stefan." Vivienne said and smiled, "really. I'm all good. And don't you worry cause I'll be here when you need me. And I'm sure Elena will come around."

Stefan smiled, and Vivienne returned it.

"Thankyou Vivienne....again"

The door to Jenna's bedroom creaked opened slowly.

Jenna frowned at the noise and sat up in her bed.

She turned on the light beside her bed.

"Vivienne?" Jenna squinted her eyes.

"Yeah.."

"What's wrong honey?" Jenna asked with a concerned look on her face.

"Nothing...I just...can I sleep here..today? I don't wanna sleep alone.." Vivienne said, fiddling with her fingers.

"Yeah, of course. Come on" Jenna moved the duvet and shifted on one side of the bed to make space for Vivienne, who came and lied down, her back facing Jenna.

Jenna put the duvet on Vivienne and hugged her from behind, then kissed her head.

"Bad dreams again?" She whispered.

A few minutes of thinking, Vivienne slowly nodded her head.

"It's okay. Mummy's here" Jenna hugged her daughter as jenna fell asleep soon.

Though Vivienne stayed up most of the night.
