We've never been in the backstage area of such a big festival before. I've only ever dreamed of it and now it came true. And honestly, it felt great. We'd been here for about 1 hour now, soon it was time for the first few bands to go on stage and rock out. The more time passed, the more famous bands arrived and walked around backstage, just like Will, Grace and I did.

"I have to pee, I'll be right back." I said and walked away to search for the toilets. It didn't take me too long until I found them. I walked into the girls' bathroom and did what I had to do. After I had washed my hands and dried them up, I left again and as I walked out of the room, I could already hear a band performing so I guess the festival had officially started.
Suddenly someone bumped into me and I fell onto my ass. "Shit, are you alright? I'm really sorry." the person in front of me asked and held his hand out to me to help me up. But I felt like I was paralized. Alex Gaskarth was standing in front of me. The Alex Gaskarth from my favorite band All Time Low. His blue hair being brighter than my future. And I swear he looked even more attractive in real life.

"Uhm..uh yeah, I'm fine." I said nervously and grabbed his hand. "Are you sure?" he asked in a worried tone. "Yes, it's just, uhhm, I love your band." I said and I wish I could've taken it back right then and there. "Oh, well thanks." he giggled and I died internally. Well I didn't actually die but it felt like it. "I'm Sam." I smiled at him and he smiled back at me. "And I'm Alex but I guess you already know that. Are you performing today as well? Or did you just sneak into the backstage area to meet me?" he joked which made me laugh. "I'm performing. My band I won a competition, that's how we got in." I smiled. "Oh cool, I'm looking forward to seeing you play live later." "Thanks." I smiled again. "Well I really need to pee now, see ya around." he smiled too and then we both carried on walking into the directions we were heading to before we bumped into each other.

"Guys you won't believe what just happened." I said as I finally found Will and Grace again, who were sitting on a couch near the buffet, eating snacks. "I just met Alex from All Time Low in front of the toilets." I grinned and both of them looked really shocked. "Are you kidding?" Will asked. "I swear I'm not. He bumped into me and then we talked for a bit." "Oh that's why it took you so long. We thought you fell into the toilet." Will joked and I hit his arm. "Will!! This is not the time to make jokes, I met Alex fucking Gaskarth!" I said happily. "That's so cool, did you get a photo with him?" Grace smiled and I felt so stupid now. "Shit I totally forgot about that." I said and hit my own forehead. "Damn Samantha!" Grace said disappointed and shook her head. "It all happened so fast, I couldn't even think straight." I explained but that didn't make me feel any better. "Imma get something to eat." I said and made my way to the buffet.

There was lots of food and it took me a while until I could decide for only one thing. Well what can I say, I was really bad at making decisions. I grabbed two slices of one of the pizzas that were there and put them onto a plate before walking back to the two others to sit down next to them. "That dude keeps looking at you." Grace said just as I took my first bite of one of my pizza slices. I looked at her and then into the direction she was looking at and saw a few people standing there, but no one was looking into my direction though. "Who?" I asked and looked at her again. "The 5 Seconds of Summer guy." Will said and I looked to the people again and this time I caught someone looking at me. "His name's Luke I think, go talk to him." Will said but I just shrugged and continued eating my pizza. "Sam this is serious. Ever since you came back from the toilet he wouldn't stop staring at you. Listen to Will for once." Grace added and pushed me a bit. "Dude let me eat my damn pizza in peace." I said to her and pushed her back, which made her laugh. "You're an idiot." Will said and I rolled my eyes. "Ugh fine, here, hold my pizza." I handed my plate to Grace and then stood up and walked to the guy, who was now standing with his back to me, pretending like he'd never looked at me.

I tapped the tall guy's shoulder twice and as he turned around to face me, I swear his eyes blinded me. They had the most beautiful blue color I'd ever seen, damn. "Hi. My friends over there," I started and pointed to Will and Grace, "said that you kept looking at me and told me to talk to you so here I am." I smiled at him. "Oh..uhm..hi." he said nervously, definitely feeling embarrassed that I caught him. "I'm Sam." I said and held my hand out for him to shake. "I'm Luke, and sorry for staring at you." he smiled shyly and shook my hand. "It's alright I guess." I smiled at him. To be honest, he was really cute with his blond hair and lip piercing and ripped skinny jeans and all.

"SAM! We're on in 5!" Grace shouted at me, about to grab her bass. "Uhm I guess I gotta go. It was nice to meet you." I smiled at Luke one last time and then walked over to our instruments, where Grace and Will were already getting ready.
