~Naomi's P.O.V~

I perched myself on a nice thick and shady willow tree with a sigh. I wonder when the next village will come up...

Though I reluctantly admit it, I haven't had a decent meal in a while and, very sadly, I can't live off of sweets my whole life. Plus, I refuse to eat a poor, defenseless animal. That's just cruel...I would eat some plants but...ew. Haven't you ever heard of the term, 'The world is your bathroom.'? Well what if something decided my meal would be their toilet that day? I'd rather not try that, thank you very much!

.

Sighing once again, I ceased my head ranting and looked around the forest. There doesn't seem to be anyone here so maybe I can play! Out of a thin black case came my most prized possession. My sacred flute. I think it's the only thing that kept me sane, even if only slightly. Bringing the silver instrument to my lips, time seemed to stop it's continuous flow and the wind danced slowly around me, picking at the ends of my swaying black hair.

.

When I opened my eyes, a delighted feeling swarmed through my body as I saw a gathering of animals seated there, enjoying my music. Well, at least I think they were enjoying it. That's what I like about animals, they don't criticize you. They stay if they like it and go if they don't. As simple as that.

.

My eyes shut once again enjoying this moment. All in all, it was quite peaceful. Until something ruined it. Or shall I say someone? All I know is that the animals scattered away, time resumed, the wind blew away, black dots were blurring up my vision, and I am soo feeling a major headache coming on.

~~Time Skip~~

Fluttering my eyes open, I blinked. I was no longer in the forest anymore. Here, I was surrounded by wooden floorboards, walls, and no furniture. Great! I've been kidnapped from a forest.

.

It wasn't until then that I noticed there were other people in the room. When I looked up, their voices quieted and all their eyes landed on me. As I gritted my teeth, a sudden pounding hit me in the head making me reach up to grasp it, as if that'd do anything. But that is when I noticed something that ticked me off greatly. Handcuffs. They handcuffed me. You have got to be kidding me!

.

Using the wall behind me, I slid up until I was onto my feet. As I stood upright, I suppressed a groan or scream by biting the inside of my cheek when my head began to feel as if someone was hammering into it. "Holy fuck...What did you do to my head?" I whispered only loud enough for them to hear, fearing that if I spoke any louder my headache would only get worse.

.

"Oh, hello young one." An old man wearing red robes and the kanji for 'fire' on his hat spoke casually. I was temporarily distracted by his hat, which I really wanted and am planning to steal when I leave, but quickly averted my attention to the man. Oh, hello young one? Hello, young one?! I was beyond the state of angry right now. I am pissed.

.

I vaguely remember, during my long travels, someone telling me to act my best during meeting someone for the first time. 'First impressions determine the way someone sees you forever.' Well, these people are going to have a very, very bad impression of me. Walking slowly to his desk with an ever-present sickly, sweet smile, I raised my chained hands up and quickly slammed them against his wooden table. My smile mentally stretched wider as I heard it splinter underneath my pressure causing a huge chunk of wood to slip off with a 'thump' to the floor. Though my smile remained in my head, it completely disappeared on my face.
