Fire spreads around the town. Children are crying for their parents, either they were lost or they died. Babies screaming as they are terrified of the scene, having no idea what is going on and are frightened by the sight. The adults are panicking as they were trying to find safety away from the monsters.
Truly a chaotic scene
But not as chaotic as the fight between Y/n and the Demon Lord
The demon lord was letting out fury of punches as Y/n bobs and weaves. After finding an opening, Y/n uses yamato to slash upward. However, the demon lord backflips away from the strike as he made a distance between Y/n and him.
"Your quite skilled" The demon lord said as he wipes his mouth
"You truly have an art for fighting" The demon lord says as he looks at Y/n. Y/n was still in his stance as he states down the demon lord
Ember dances around the air and flies between the two. The tension is very thick. All Y/n was thinking of is ways to take down the demon lord.
Its weird. Why did the demon lord starts striking now? Shouldn't it be later in the story?
Well every adventure needs a kick to the gut background story whether its serious or not.
"Not wanting to say anything? Whats the matter? Scared for your life mortal?" The demon lord taunts as he charges forward while his fist starts to glow
"Deathly blow!" The demon lord screams as he punches Y/n. Y/n knew that he couldn't block it. He was sure that the attack will weaken him and will make the fight much more on the enemies favor.
So as time slows down because of plot conveniences
Y/n sheathes his sword and slowly breathes, focusing as he had to time it right. The punch is slowly closing in and just about an inch away
Y/n..... PARRIED IT!

Anyways back to being serious
Y/n perfectly parried the attack upwards, diverting it away from where he is. As the demon lord's fist sent a massive shockwave to the air. It surprised the demon lord
Even Alin who is wearing a t-shirt that says 'Go Y/n' while watching the event unfold. Don't question it
Okay I swear that this will be the last unserious moment
Y/n uses this moment to kick the demon lord off his feet, successfully knocking the demon lord down, Y/n quickly tried to stab him
The demon lord caught the blade before it narrowly hits him. Making his hand bleed as he struggles against Y/n's strength
Both of them were struggling, whether to push the sword into the enemy or push the sword away. The demon lord quickly free one of his hand and slam the ground, making a small earthquake as Y/n stumbles a bit. The demon lord quickly uses the opportunity to get away again.
He slowly gets up as he looks at both his bleeding hands. He now knows what Y/n is capable of.
"You little brat" The demon lord was furious and humiliated. This was a sign that there wasn't a single human that could hurt him.
Yet here is one of them. Standing before him. But because of pride, he stays and wants to prove himself.
In anger, he charges again and tries to punch Y/n, who just side steps
"You mortal being! You undeserving life form! You parasite!" The demon lord screams as he follows up his attacks with a kick that Y/n blocks.
"How dare you?!" The demon lord keeps screaming as he follows up with another kick which Y/n dodges as he had enough and stabs the demon lord in the chest, after seeing an opening.
