355.She Is Shamelessly Eating

On the third floor, when the elevator stopped Lisa and Jeon Taehyung walked out and Taehyung led her to the VIP room where Grandpa was admitted.

Jeon Taehyung knocked on the hospital room before entering. He then pushed open the door and entered when he heard Grandpa's voice.

Grandpa Jeon who was eating peeled apples looked towards the door when it opened and shouted," Why did you.." His words were stopped in mid when he saw Lisa coming out behind him.

Grandpa Jeon shouted at Jeon Taehyung when he saw him dressed up like this. He knows that if someone recognized him it would be problematic.

But before he could ask him why he came here, he saw Lisa entering the room behind him.

His eyes beamed in happiness when he saw Lisa. He was so happy that his granddaughter in law came to meet him.

Though he has everyone here to take care of him, they couldn't compare to his dear granddaughter in law.

" Lisa, why did you come here? Didn't I tell you that I am fine. See I am all fit." he should tell her that he could move as he moved his body.

He was feeling bad that Lisa and Jungkook came back from their first trip. He knows that it was their first time going out together since their marriage and he was feeling guilty that they returned from their trip in the middle because of him.

" Brother, what are you doing? You need to rest. You can't behave like a child." an old woman sitting on a chair beside Grandpa Jeon's bed said worriedly.

This was Park Bom. She was younger than Grandpa Jeon and she was his cousin. She was Grandpa Jeon's uncle's illegitimate daughter.

But he has always taken care of her because it was true that they were cousins. Even after she was not treated well by others but Grandpa Jeon always treated her like his younger sister.

Even after she got married, he helped her husband in settling the business as he could see her struggling financially.

The lady was peeling apples for Grandpa Jeon when Jeon Taehyung and Lisa entered the room.

Lisa looked at the lady who seemed unfamiliar yet familiar to her. She frowned as she tried to remember her.

Lisa smiled at Grandpa Jeon seeing that he was looking fine. She was really worried about him. Though she sensed that Grandpa was not healthy anymore and his blood pressure keeps increasing.

That's why she sent the tonics made by herself and she wondered how could he get so sick even after taking them.

" Grandpa, How are you now? I was so worried when I heard about you." Lisa slowly walked toward the bed.

" Why were you worried? Didn't that useless son of mine tell you that I am perfectly fine?" he frowned when he looked at the pale face of hers. She must have been tired from traveling.

He felt bad seeing her in this condition.

Lisa smiled lightly hearing Grandfather's words and said, " Father told us that you're fine but how can you enjoy it when we know that you're not well here? Hmm?"

Grandpa Jeon felt touched with her words. She has changed a lot over this time. After waking up from the coma, she has become very expressive and sweet-tongued.

Before he could say anything, Park Bom intercepted and said with a blank face, " Brother, what are you saying? They should come if they heard about your health, otherwise what kind of granddaughter in law she is who couldn't take care of your health?"

Lisa's brows twitched hearing her words. It's not that her words were too mean but her sarcastic tone was making her uncomfortable.

She looked at the woman who was dressed elegantly. Even though she is older than Mother Jeon, she has maintained her very well. She was dressed neatly and her hair was tied in a neat bun.

But signs of wrinkles could not be hidden.

Lisa looked at the woman's face and tried to remember her. When her eyes met with the woman, she tried to greet her and was about to bend her but the woman ignored her and started talking to Taehyung.

Lisa frowned seeing the attitude of the woman that she was showing it to her. Though she didn't ignore her directly, she behaved like she didn't see her.

She fell in deep thought as she tried to process her mind and remember her. Suddenly, something hit her. She remembered that she is Park Bom, Jungkook's Grandma.

She is Grandpa Jeon's cousin. She remembered the incident from Lisa's memories where Mother Jeon invited her to Jeon Mansion after their marriage.

Jungkook didn't accompany her as he had some important work at the office. Lisa did not want to go at first but reluctantly agreed as Mother Jeon insisted on her so much to visit the Jeon Mansion for lunch with her.

When she reached there she found Park Bom sitting in the living room with her daughter in law. As Lisa didn't know them, she greeted them and sat on the sofa in the living room.

Mother Jeon was not present in the room at that moment. She felt awkward sitting in the living room alone with them but she didn't say anything and sat there with her mouth shut.

She was not good at getting along with people, especially elderly people. If they don't start the conversation, she couldn't do so either.

Moreover, Park Bom's scornful gaze was making her repulsive and she doesn't want to talk either.

After a while, Mother Jeon entered the room with some tea in her hands and servants followed her with snacks trays in their hands. Mother Jeon was happy seeing Lisa there.

" You came? Sit, sit. I had made all these snacks for you. I heard you like these?" She placed a plate full of snacks in front of Lisa.

Lisa looked at snacks and they were her favorites. She wondered how she found out about her favorites when she didn't tell them.

Park Bom looked at Mother Jeon who was treating Lisa like her daughter and scoffed.

" You're spoiling her by doing this. She is your daughter in law, if you treat her like this then she will become willful. Can't you see that she was already behaving like a brat and not doing anything since she came? You're as her Mother in law was doing everything and she is shamelessly eating."

Lisa, who was eating the snacks given to her by Mother Jeon, paused in her actions and glared at the old lady opposite of her. She doesn't even know this woman and she keeps saying bullshit.

She frowned as she looked at the woman. She didn't say anything to her but she was looking at her like she had taken something big from her. Not only that, she has a problem with her eating as well.

She doesn't know what's wrong with this old woman.'
