The locker room buzzed with the banter of his cricket buddies as Virat Kohli leaned against the wall, his mind a jumble of thoughts. Shikhar Dhawan's loud laughter cut through the noise, pulling him back to the present.

"Virat, yaar, what's up with you today?" Shikhar's voice carried across the room, laced with curiosity.

Virat shrugged, trying to shake off the weight of his worries. "Just thinking about stuff, you know?" he replied vaguely, not wanting to delve into the details.

Rohit Sharma shot him a knowing look. "It's about that marriage thing, isn't it?" he said, his tone understanding.
