Background
Born in the Brawltopian State of Bahamas, Penny grew up as a pirate with her father Darryl and robot-brother, Tick. Her mother is unknown to this day, as Darryl died in a tragic accident involving a shark attack nineteen years ago, before he ever told anyone who Penny's mother was. Penny went to Bahamas National Institute for her high school studies, but then used her family's money to send herself to BUE so that she could become an owner of a company like she always wanted, instead of the pirate, at-sea, illegal life that Darryl wanted her to have. She brought Tick with her, and it is believed that she still has him to this day. She then met Peng at BUE, became his fiancée, his partner-in-crime as Vikana, even falling sick because of that. But she was later cured, and that turned over a new leaf after the great wish made by Fang Remo.
