Lou was born in an unknown region of Antarctica, namely Brawltopia's Virgo region. He stayed there until he was 14, only coming to Central Brawltopia with his parents, Rena and Alcand, when his grandmother became sick. Even after she passed on, the family continued to stay in the capital country, believing that it would give Lou a better education. He went to Upper East High School, one of the most expensive institutions in the world's history, and the most pricey up to now. His parents had inherited a great mountain of wealth from their deceased ancestors, using it to send him to that school as well as Upper East Junior College and Brawltopia Private University, where he earned a master's degree in Economics and Business. However, he started a small business of selling ice cream with his qualifications, which was a rather odd choice. He still earned a decent income, only starting a restaurant named Burger Lou's with a clone of himself. The restaurant had excellent business, but it was only until after his assistance in capturing four criminals did Lou's icy empire expand to become the famous theme park today. Now, Winter Wonderland is a renowned attraction in StarrPark, just like Lou's other business, its counterpart Axel Arena. The popular ice rink is situated in Antarctica for Virgo Brawltopians to have fun, and constantly sees tourists everyday. Lou is now one of the richest people in the Brawltopian world, second only to the owner of Brawlywood, his close friend Fang Cavers,
