Rose's POV

'So where is this party then?' My sister Madelyn says after she finishes putting her lipstick on 

'The Garrison in Small Heath' I say 

''We better go then, don't want to be late' Madelyn says and we head to our driver to let him know we're ready to leave 

'Paul, we're ready to leave' I say 

'Where are we going tonight ladies?' Paul says 

'Small Heath please Paul' Madelyn says making Paul nod and we head to The Garrison 

'So, anyone people you're going to take home then?' Madelyn says 

'I don't know, we'll see when we get there' I say pulling my handbag-sized mirror out of my clutch to make sure my makeup is good

'You look amazing' Madelyn says 

'Thank you, you look amazing too' I say smiling 

Timeskip til you get to The Garrison 

'Thank you Paul' I say before getting out

'Will I be picking you up tonight girls?' Paul says 

'No, we'll stay with a couple of our friends' I say smiling 

'Alright have a good night girls' Paul says and then Madelyn and I get out and Paul drives off 

'Let's go shitfaced' Madelyn says smirking 

We head into The Garrison to see it packed. I look over my surroundings and notice a tall blonde man by the bar with a man with a moustache 

'Looks like you found your victim' Madelyn says making me roll my eyes playfully 

'He's not a victim' I say 

'I'm going to the bar come with me' I say and we head up to the bar confidently 

'What can I get you lovely ladies' The barman says 

'Can I get a gin and Madelyn what do you want?' I say getting the money out of my clutch 

'I'll have the same thing' Madelyn says and The Barman goes off to prepare our drinks 

'What are you lovely ladies doing here?' The man with the moustache says 

'We're out having fun' Madelyn says 

'We can show you how to really have fun' The man says 

'My name is Arthur and this is John my brother' Arthur says 

'I'm Madelyn and this is my sister Rose' Madelyn says

Our drinks come and Madelyn and Arthur go off to get to know each other. Leaving John and I alone 

'So how old are you?' John says 

'I'm 23' I say sipping on my drink 

'Oh I'm just a year older than you' John says 

'So, do you have a boyfriend?' John says 

'How straight forward' I say giggling 

'Well, how am I going to get to know you?' John says chuckling 

'I'm single and I plan on staying single for a long time. I have a very bad history with men' I say 

'Who could ever hurt you?' John says angrily 

'It got sorted, my dad is quite powerful' I say not trying to say much 

'Who's your dad?' John says making me gulp nervously
