GIRL IN THE ATTIC

• Another night for me to sleep in,
These terrors crawl through my skin.

• Creepy noises that these doors make,
A witch's laugh is all, I could relate.

• Dusty stairs and mushy walls,
What else can I get being under their thrall.

• These creaky, old wooden floorboards,
The very antique furniture covered with white clothes,
Stayed in here for so long, as if it made an accord.

• The wind rustling through the attic,
Eerie atmosphere it formed with fear of Frantic.

• Then I tugged myself to keep me warm,
So that I could wake up to the rusty sound of my alarm.

• The more you start to feel,
The more spookier stories it tries to reveal.

• I closed my eyes and bid myself a goodnight,
In this very moonlight, I find my delight.
