Wade removes the sheet of the Expo model.

Pepper: no, he will not. Bye. <hangs up>

Tony: I would like to be. Got a minute?

Pepper: no.

Tony: come on, you just got off the phone. you're fine, 30 seconds.

Pepper: twenty-nine, twenty-eight.

Tony; okay, I, um... I was just driving over here, and I thought u was coming to basically apologize...

Wade: which you are.

Tony; which I am.

Pepper: you are?

Tony: I am. I'm sorry. I haven't been entirely upfront with you, and I just want to try to make good. Can I move this? This is crazy. It's like a Ferris wheel going.

He was referring to that desk thing that always spins.

Tony: I'm trying to get some...

Pepper: no.

Wade: <grabs it and stops it>

Pepper: Wade-

Wade: you said no to him.

Tony: do you know how short life is? And if I never got to express... and by the way, this is somewhat revelatory to me. And I don't care. I mean, I care. It would be nice. I'm not expecting you to... look, here's what I'm trying to say. I'm just gonna say it.

Nat: <enters> Ms Potts?

Pepper: hi, come on in.

Happy; wheels up in 25 minutes.

Pepper: thank you.

Nat looked at Wade and Tony as she passed as Wade was tired of the interruptions.

Happy; anything else, boss?

Tony was going to say something but Wade tapped his arm and shook his head.

Pepper: no, I'll be just... another minute.

Wade: Pepper... could I talk to you... alone?

Nat; she actually needs to-

Wade: I was asking Pepper. Not Natalie.

Everyone was a bit taken back by Wade's hostility.

Pepper: sure, I'll talk to you.

Wade: good. Happy could you, please, have someone take the model to the car please? My dad's car.

Happy; I'll get right on it.

Wade: dad, can you wait till outside, please.

Tony: sure.

Tony and Happy left the room as Nat was still there.
