"Wait for the right time to strike" actual meaning

Let's face it: during the first six seasons, Electra hated losing. She was the most aggressive of both the WC and Powerix teams. She received some good advice from her peers, but chose to ignore it because of what she was taught when she was sixteen.
She was told to wait for the right time to strike.
But what does that mean? Electra was already very patient. She waited for the right time to get back at enemies... or did she?
What is the true meaning when Natalie, Headmistress Faragonda, and Aisha said, "Wait for the right time to strike"?
It's not just about patience. Electra always had that quality.
It's not just about timing either. She knew intuitively when the right time was.
To wait for the right time to strike is all about strategy.
There are several steps to developing a good battle strategy:
1. Retrace your steps: Think about the events that led to the loss. Remember that you are the only one responsible for your anger. Instead of thinking about what the enemy did to you, think back on the events that resulted in the defeat.
2. Take the time to plan your next attack: The problem with how Electra acted during the first six seasons is that she was too obsessed with winning. She was too focused on her desire for revenge to think about what she would do next. Stella and Musa have this same problem. They wanted to avenge Tecna without having a good strategy for how to do it. That's the problem with aggressive/passive aggressive characters. They're either too obsessed with winning or they just can't accept defeat gracefully. It's not wise to be vengeful. Plan your next move before lashing out in anger.
3. Have a backup plan: It's always wise to have a backup plan in case of failure.
4. Give the enemy what they deserve: Now that you have a good strategy, you can give the enemy what they deserve. Take out all your aggression, do whatever you have to do, but keep your strategy in mind.
What Electra learned over the first six seasons is that it's okay to think about revenge, as long as you don't act on it. That's what she does from Season 7 onwards. She loves winning more than she hates losing, is mildly passive aggressive, and can handle loss gracefully and patiently.
