[King climbs up to Luz's head]

King: I didn't miss you at all.

Luz: Apparently there's an infestation of Pixies at hexside, so school's been cancelled.

[Izuku walks in]

Izuku: Sounds like a real Angor Rot situation.

Luz: An Angor what now?

Izuku: Oh, there's this one show- you know what? Nevermind.

King: That sounds like a crumby situation.

[King and Luz laughs]

Hooty: Hey, guess what's been in my mouth that I'm about to throw up?

Izuku: I swear to god, Hooty. If it's-

[Eda picks up the letters]

Eda: Junk. Junk. Death-hex.

[Eda throws the death-hex letter over her shoulder and into a trash can. The trash can collapse into itself]

Izuku: That's....concerning..

Eda: [Pulls out a flier] Oooh, a carnival's in town today.

Izuku and Luz: A carnival?

Luz: You know, I've been so busy with school lately what do you say we take this comedy hour on tour! It'll be a Luz and King day.

King: That's my kind of day.

Luz: [Puts her hand around Eda's shoulder] Let's all four of us go! And, Izuku. I know you don't like carnivals, but you can come along if you want.

Izuku: You know what? I usually don't go to carnivals because the games there are rigged. But those are human stuff, maybe here it's different!

Luz: Yeah! That's the spirit!

Hooty: An adventure with friends! I'll go pack my stuff. [Leaves]

Eda: Carnivals bring crowds and crowds bring suckers. This could be the perfect chance to try out my new get-witch-quick scheme.

[Eda puts the flier inside her hair and pull out her magic staff from the cauldron]

Eda: I'm in! To the carnival!

King and Luz: To the carnival!

Izuku: (Please let this day be normal..)

[All four of them runs out of the house, Eda slams the door shut]

Hooty: Good news. I'm bringing my knapsack full of games. Hello? Oh, a fly! TALK TO ME! TALK TO ME!

[Hooty chases after the fly]

[Cut to an archway with a sign that reads "BONESBOROUGH CARNIVAL" as Izuku, Luz, King and Eda enters it]

Eda: Well, here we are, kids. Look at all that fresh meat.

[Cut to a few demons enjoying the carnival as one of them eats a whole chicken..on a stick]

Izuku: Ew.
