I could not find a picture that I liked for him so I will do my best to describe him as the story progresses. Alex goes by he/him pronouns but he does have a set of breasts and a vagina. He will also have long hair and wear clothes that are traditionally "feminine" such as dresses and heels. This is because it makes him feel confident and good about himself, and does not make him feel any less masculine. A lot will be different with this story and it will not follow Canon at all, I may take some dialogue and events from the show but that will be about it. I do not own Greys Anatomy or any other show I might slip in throughout the book.
